"—- class is dismissed" mrs.jessie announced before everyone got up and began to leave. "hi" billie came up behind me and wrapped her arms around my waist.

"hey , you ready for fall break" i turned face to her. "yeah i cant believe they canceled fall break last week just because some guys fought but it's okay but next week is going to be great because i have a surprise for you" she cheered.

"what is it?" i asked and she gave me a blank stare. "that's the whole point of a 'surprise' ortez" Jeremy said coming from around the corner. "oh so you know too?" i asked and turned faced to him. "yep , so do Kaitlyn" he said.

"we should skip the rest of school" Kaitlyn said coming beside us while walking down the hall. "definitely" billie chuckled. "hey hey hey when have we ever broke the rules" i laughed.

"oh come on loosen up" Jeremy smiled. "what if Olivia snitches?" i stopped and so did them. "then we'll tell you're dad about what's behind her underwear drawer" Kaitlyn suggested. "but i also have something behind there and she'll snitch" i worried.

"you're doing too much it's just skipping" Judy came up behind us. we walked a little faster but she was catching up to our pace. "fine i'll skip but where are we going to go? my dad is home" i sighed.

"my house" billie smiled. "okay fine" Judy said , i forgot she were here. "you're not coming the fuck" billie tensed up. "yeah you need to leave" all of them started arguing which made my anxiety go high all these voices.

"STOP!" i raised my voice. "Judy if you want to come you have to behave" i told her and they all looked at me with a 'seriously' face. "that bitch is not coming" Jeremy said and i glared at him. "why are you taking up for her i thought we hated her" Kaitlyn realized.

"because she's loosing her mom soon and she's alone , i know what that feel like okay my mom is dead and i spent her whole funeral locked inside my closet. i couldn't even go to her funeral! let her come , she's alone" i told them and they gave me the same look like they didn't care.

"god are you letting her manipulate you? she has friends" she pulled me over in her protection once i was standing by Judy side. "yeah , you have people. Melissa, Jordan , Ruby all your nerdy friends they've helped you. get the hell away from my baby you liar" she said and squeezed me tightly.

"Georgia—" i cut her off. "is this true? y-you told me that they wasn't your friends anymore for whatever reason" i told her. "geo-" i cut her off again. "why , i helped you. i came out to you i told you everything"i glared at her.

"Judy i don't wanna scream and i'm really sorry for your mom but i'm going to ask you to walk away" i told her. "i'm in love with you Georgia. i am in love. do you know what it's like to be pushed away by someone your in love with? yeah i have friends but they aren't there. all they care about is book fairs. you have this relationship with billie who makes me jealous all the time and i- i go behind buildings crying because you hate me

all i want is you to say something, anything that's not mean or nice about my mom because that's all you worry about is what i have going on with my mom but what about me? i'm an amazing girl and if you can't see that then your the one missing out. not me" she said with tears spilling out of her eyes.

"it's not that serious Judy just leave" billie snorted. "yeah move along" Kaitlyn and Jeremy waved her off. "billie you better watch your back" she said walking off.

"yeah whatever , fix your stiff ass hair" she said looking at the back of her hair while she continued to walk off. we all silently got into billie car and nobody has said a thing to me. "hey it's okay" billie said and placed the palm of her hand on my thigh. "it's okay let's just never speak on that" i said and everyone nodded.
