Life is a beautiful journey to some,
to others it's burdensome.
Some have an expected end,
others are burdened with fear of what lies ahead.
We're all trying to figure out,
where we're headed.
Is this it or is there a next?
Some find out and others exit with doubt.
One thing's sure,
there's meaning to this life.
Whether rich or poor,
you have a lamp, can others see it shine?
To all the end is near,
to some that's a beautiful forethought,
a beautiful day longed for,
to others torment and fear.
