"Morning, guys." Mr. Schue greets Tina, Artie, Mercedes, and I as we all walk towards the school

"Hey, Mr. Schue. We're just learning some runs." Mercedes tells him

"Oh, yeah?" Mr. Schue asks

"So it goes-- oh!" Mercedes says as she waves her finger in the air

"Oh!" Mr. Schue, Artie, Tina, and I copy her

"With the finger, huh?" Mr. Schue asks

"Pretty fly for a white guy." Mercedes tells him

"Oh, thank you, thank you. Hey, don't be late for rehearsal this afternoon." Mr. Schue calls after us as he walks away from us

"Okay." Mercedes calls out

"Energy, guys! It's disco!" Mr. Schue calls out as we run through the number

"Ah, freak out!" We all sing

"Good with the hands. John Travolta hands. All right." Mr. Schue says

"Le freak, c'est chic." We all sing

"We're freaking out. Let's go." Mr. Schue says

"Freak out." We sing

"And up and out and down. Good. Good. Good. Good, guys." Mr. Schue says before Rachel kicks her leg into the air and it collides with my face

"Ah!" I yell out in pain

"I don't know what hurts more, Mr. Schue, my possibly broken nose, or my bleeding ears, cause this song sucks!" I exclaim as I hold my bleeding nose

"No, no, no. It's not the song. You guys just need to get into it." Mr. Schue says as he hands me some tissues

"No, it's the song. It's really gay." Kurt tells him causing me to giggle at the irony

"We need modern music, Mr. Schue." Artie says as I continue hold my bleeding nose

"I'm sorry, guys. We don't have time to discuss this. We're doing this song this Friday at the pep assembly." Mr. Schue says

"In front of the whole school?" Tina asks

"Exactly."Mr. Schue says excitedly

"They're gonna throw food at us. And I just had a facial." Kurt says

"I'll press charges if that happens." Rachel says

"Like I should for the assault that I just endured." I mumble

"Guys. I can't express to you how important this assembly is. We need recruits. There are seven of you. We need twelve to qualify for regionals. We have no choice or...the club is over. I know you guys don't  like this song, but we took nationals back in '93 with "Freak Out."  It's a crowd-pleaser. Trust me. From the top." Mr. Schue tells us

"Except you, Olivia. You should go to the nurse." Mr. Schue says before I nod my head and walk out of the choir room
