It's been two weeks since the guys joined Glee Club and I've become really good friends with Matt and Mike. We're constantly goofing off and we're almost always hanging out after school

In the middle of the song Quinn covers her mouth and runs towards the door

"Quinn, ya okay?" Mr. Schue asks as she runs out of the choir room

"I think she just had a bad breakfast burrito." Finn insists

"Can we please talk about the giant elephant in the room?" Kurt asks

"Your sexuality?" Santana asks

"S!" I scold causing her to put her hands up in surrender

"Rachel. We can't do it without her." Kurt says 

"That's not true. We may have to layer Santana and Olivia over Quinn's solo, but...we'll be fine." Mr. Schue says 

"Maybe for the invitationals, but not for the sectionals and certainly not the regionals." Artie says

"The wheelchair kid's right. That Rachel chick makes me wanna light myself on fire, but she can sing." Puck says 

"Rachel left, guys. She's gone. Now, if we're gonna make this thing work, we can't look back. Alright, take five minutes." Mr. Schue says before Matt and Mike booty bump me

"If you wanted my attention, all you had to was ask, boys." I tease with a playful smirk before they nod at each other as if silently agreeing on something before they both begin to tickle me

"Stop it!" I squeak out

"Oh, you're so gonna pay!" I squeal in between my giggles before Matt picks me up and throws me over his shoulder

"Put me down, single lady!" I exclaim as I slap his butt

"Hey, that is my butt!" Matt exclaims as he places me back on the floor

"Excuuuuseee me." I say with a playful smile

"Guys, I'd like to introduce you to someone very special. This is April Rhodes. She's our newest member." Mr. Schue announces as we all stare at the woman who is clearly in her 30s

"Wait, so old people can join Glee Club now?" Finn asks as I cross my arms over my chest and slump down in my chair

"Old, huh? You guys look like the world's worst Benetton ad." April says before Artie raises his hand

"Mr Schuester, this seems like a terrible idea." Artie says 

"April is a great singer. And she never graduated." Mr. Schue tells us

"We appreciate what you're trying to do, but she's no Rachel." Mercedes says 

"Who's Rachel?" April asks 

"Sh-sh-She's kind of our star." Tina says 

"Your star, eh? Well, where is she?" April asks 

"She left. To be the lead in Cabaret." Kurt tells her causing her to let out a dry chuckle as she pulls off her jacket

"Hey, Tinkles, give me "Maybe This Time" in B flat. And don't let me catch you snoozing." April says before I let my head fall back and I pretend to fall asleep as I let out loud fake snores causing Matt and Mike to laugh at me

"Olivia, knock it off." Mr. Schue scolds before April proceeds to sing
