I placed my hand over my hat to keep it in place as the midday breeze kept blowing it away.

" I think sand went in my eyes " damon yelled blinking his eyes rapidly.

" that is why I asked you to wear those sunglasses, but you were too cool for it right," Andrew said smirking.

" two whole days with these butt heads, I'll be as good as dead " Crystal sighed placing her handbag down.

" Just praying I don't kill them before that" Lexi said running her hands through her hair.

" I guess this is Mr. William's house," jess said pointing towards the tiny beach house in front of us. I jumped excitedly.

We all decided to take a two-day trip to the beach as it's been so long we all were together, that's what damon said being all dramatic, and here we are standing in front of Duncan's beach house.

I opened the door with the keys he gave us, our mouths wide open looking at the beautiful interior, with leather couches, beautiful wall paintings the thing that caught my eye the most was a picture of mine hung up at the center in a yellow sundress, enjoying my ice cream cone. I remember this day so vividly me and Duncan we're back on our way home and we stopped to get me some ice cream I guess that was when he took the picture that sneaky teddy a smile formed on my face thinking about him.

" Hello, party people," Perry said walking down the stairs excitement evident in her voice. Ray close behind her he was in a casual outfit the suit was gone.

Mathew walked from the kitchen, with bags of chips throwing each towards Damon and Andrew.

Perry hugged me, and everyone else, I plopped on the couch reliving my feet. Crystal, Lexi, and jess joining me.

" When did you guys reach here ?" jess questioned looking at perry.

Perry walked towards the kitchen counter plopping over it Mathew joining her, Damon, and Andrew sat, on the massage chairs.

" About twenty minutes ago," she said looking at ray confirming, he nodded his head with a smile.

" wow this is a pretty place," damon said chewing his chips.

I got up heading towards the kitchen I opened the fridge and guess what I found my favorite ice cream. Gosh, this man.

I turned around watching everyone looking at me. " what ?" I asked digging into the ice cream.

" Nothing..." jess said smiling weirdly sharing eye contact with Crystal, Lexi, and perry.

" ice cream, your favorite blueberry ice cream? " Damon yelled looking at me I ignored his question devouring its taste. I stood next to Matthew smiling at him the only one apart from ray who wasn't acting weird.

" and he's still not in love with you," crystal said sighing.

" and this is what is called is to be in denial," Lexi said stretching.

" come on ci... Accept it already " Andrew said throwing a chip at me, Damon scowled at him.

" dude food is too precious to be wasted " he lectured. I chuckled looking at Damon trying to take away the bag of chips from drew.

" I have known Duncan for as long as I remember and I for sure know he's in love with you my friend," Perry said looking at me, ray nodding his head in agreement.

I stood there enjoying my ice cream, not replying.

" why isn't she denying it?" jess questioned sitting up straight looking at everyone.
