45. Movie ?.

I chewed the popcorn watching the secret life of pets for the hundredth time, like who wouldn't like it they are so adorable my favorite character is Gidget and snowball, Gidget is the perfect combination of pretty and feisty she could do anything for the love of her life max gosh I wish I find someone like her, and snowball he is so cute makes me want to squish him.

I drank a sip of my lemonade as I watched  Gidget promising the hawk to be its best friend if it helps her to find max.

See that's why I like this movie, everyone needs a best friend, as I do there's Damon, crystal, Lexi, and jess. My face going back to its sad side.

It's been a week since she's gone and how hard I tried I always ended up thinking about her I avoided everything that reminded me of her even going to work for a while but  I know I would never forget her she meant so much to me, but every time I think about her I wanted to be happy to have such beautiful memories with her but I end up being sad.

Sighing loudly I took a couple of deep breaths trying to calm my nerves, unpausing the movie I tried distracting myself which did help.

The door creaked open, I turned my neck around from the couch, Duncan walked in an immediate smile lit upon his face looking at me.

“ baby girl !” Duncan said excitedly as if a kid found his favorite candy.

“ hey, there mate! ” I said with a smile sitting over the backrest of the couch letting my legs dangle over it.

“ mate ?” he questioned placing his hands next to mine leaning forward placing a kiss on my cheek.

“ come on teddy, you should have got used to it by now,” I said playing with his tie.

“ next time I will be prepared,” he said with a boyish grin.

“ that's like my good teddy,” I said ruffling his soft hair. He stood there enjoying it.

“ movie? ” I questioned. Moving my feet back and forth.

“ I will be back in five ” I smiled giving him a thumbs up.

“ I ordered pizza for the both of us you don't mind right ” I questioned looking at his blue eyes.

“ anything you wish to eat my love,” Duncan said placing a kiss on my forehead heading towards his room.

I searched for movies we could watch, not understanding what to choose, I decided to let him choose when he comes, going back to watch the rest of the movie, I got so immersed in it that I did not realize Duncan walking down and sitting next to me pulling me closer, I did not refuse I moved closer placing my head over his chest. I took a piece of popcorn forwarding it in his direction, he directly ate it from my hand my eyes widened in surprise not expecting that my hand was still in the air.

“ baby girl? ” he called leaning down looking at my face. A mischievous smile played on his lips. The doorbell rang signaling someone was out, Duncan groaned in frustration running his hands through his hair, I chuckled pushing him away jumping over the couch“ I'll get it” I said running towards the door.

“ We got to get rid of that doorbell ” Duncan yelled slumping his shoulder like a baby looking so adorable.

I opened the door, looking at the pizza delivery guy, “ you should be Alicia " he said handing me the two boxes of pizza.

“ Yup,” I said plopping the p excited to have the pizza.

“ hmm, could you give me some water sweetie,” he asked being a little hesitant.

“ yeah sure, please come in,” I said walking towards the kitchen with him following close.

“ you got a beautiful house, “ he said looking around.
