Chapter 35 - Make you Feel Better

RIKKI'S POV

I sat beside Kim. She was playing with the dolls Louis had bought her yesterday.  Dressing the, undressing them and switching clothes. I just sat there watching her. She wasn't as hot as she was before, but it was still pretty bad. She broke into a coughing fit and i patted her back and told her everything was going to be OK  That's all i could do. Nothing more. She wiped her face and winced and layed back down. A 4 year should not have to be going through all this. But the boys made it better. They ad bought her a pink blanket along with a giant pink pillow. The doctor let her have it in the hospital. Along with that Louis had bought her all the One Direction dolls, pulse of course girl barbie dolls. Niall had gotten her a giant stuffed bear and a gift certificate to Nando's. Harry had gotten her a new fury hat and even bought her an actual Cat, which made us all laugh.  And Liam, well he got her a new doll house. She was a spoiled girl, and she loved it. But i knew that she wouldn't let this all get to her head. She just didn't seem to be that kind of girl. Zayn was still in a coma. I guess the only good thing about her having to be in the hospital was that we were also very close to him, so i could go see him whenever i wanted to. She curled under her blanket and closed her eyes. I knew she would be sleeping for a while so i got up and left the room. The boys had gone to do an interview to explain what's going on. I walked into his room and closed the door lightly. I walked over and sat beside him. Gripping hand tightly in mine. He had been out for almost a week. The doctor said that was normal, but it was scaring me. Some people went into a coma and never woke up. Just stayed in a comma all their life. I sighed and closed my eyes. Rubbing my forehead. I had gotten a tattoo while he was out. I had always wanted one. And because of what was going on, i had gotten it to remind me to Stay Strong through it all. That's what i got, Stay Strong on my wrist's. Like Demi, i know, but it helped, i also got hope on the right side of my collar bone. I was hoping he would like them they were pretty cool to me. I had gotten them with Harry. I looked down at them down and closed my eyes. I had to stay strong, for her, for him, for all of them. I couldn't break down and go crazy. I couldn't and wouldn't. I sighed and leaned my head on the edge of his bed. Rubbing his hand with my thumb.

"Please Zayn, please wake up, im begging you, i need you to wake up, please," I whispered. The door creaked open and i looked up. Niall stood there. He smiled at me and walked over. Sitting beside me.

"Still out?" he asked. I sighed, nodded and sat back in my seat. he rubbed my shoulder.

"He's going to wake up, he's a strong guy," I nodded again and kept my eyes on him. Niall sighed.

"The boys want to take you out for dinner, to try and cheer you up,' I looked over at him.

"Nothing will cheer me up Niall," he raised an eyebrow.

"Come on, i bet this will," I sighed and looked back at Zayn.

"What about Kim?"

"Louis asked Eleanor and Danielle to watch over her," I rubbed my forehead again. My head was starting to hurt. I rubbed my hands on my legs, they were starting to sweat. I shrugged.

"Fine, alright, why not," He smiled and kissed my cheek and shot up and ran out of the room. I leaned forward, resting my elbow's on my knees and closed my eyes. Soon the headache went away and i was just alone in the quiet room with a boy that i loved with all my heart, sleeping and had been sleeping for a week. I sat back up and left the room. I couldn't be in there anymore. I walked back into Kim's room. She looked up at me and smiled.

"Hi mommy, look, Ele and Dani are here!" I looked over and Eleanor and Danielle smiled at me. I smiled back and walked over to Kim's side and kissed her forehead. It was burning. I frowned but then smiled.

"Isn't that a nice surprise," She nodded and looked down at the dolls.

"What are the boys doing today?" I asked, looking at her. She smiled.

"Louis and Liam are riding bikes, Niall and Harry are buying me another cat, and daddy is sleeping," I looked over at her Zayn doll and felt my heart hurt. She knew what had happened. Louis had explained everything, he didn't think it was right to lie to her. She was a smart girl. She could handle it. And she had, pretty well. I sighed and rubbed her hand in mine.

"Well, make sure Harry and Niall get a orange cat this time," She smiled and nodded. I let go of her hand and walked over to Eleanor and Dani. I looked at them.

"So, what are they doing to me tonight?" Eleanor laughed and shrugged.

"We don't know, Louis just asked if we could watch her while they took you out, and that's it," I groaned and looked over at her playing with her dolls. I didn't want to anywhere. Harry and Liam burst through the door and looked at me.

"Come on," Harry said smiling. I sighed and followed them out of the room and outside. Louis and Niall were waiting by the car. They both smiled at me.

"OK, what are going to do with me?" i asked, actually worried now. Louis and Niall laughed. Liam patted my shoulder.

"You'll see,"
