Chapter 46 - Wake Up

RIKKI'S POV

I stayed by his bedside all day. Kim had stayed at home with mum. I didn't want her too see her dad like this. She didn't even know i was pregnant again. No one did. I sat in the chair. My knees against my chest. Why was this so hard. He wasn't even awake. He would never hear me. I would have to tell him again. I rubbed my hands together and rested my hand on my stomach and closed my eyes. I had to tell him. I could tell him twice. It would be easier that way. If i told him twice. I got it out the first time, i would be able to tell him again. Right. I took a breathe and gripped his hand tightly.

"Zayn, i don't know if you can hear me, but...im pregnant again," Nothing happened. He didn't move. Didn't twitch. Nothing. I sighed and let go of his hand. I put my face in my hands and sat there. He wouldn't wake up. He wasn't waking up. I let the fear and dread curse through my viens and the tears pushed at my eyelids. The door creaked open and i wiped at my face fast and sat up. Niall walked over and sat down beside me,

"you alright?" I nodded.

"I'm fine," He shook his head and poked my arm.

"I don't believe you," I smiled slightly and looked at Zayn.

"I'm worried about him, Kim is all grown up, and...im just scared," He nodded and rubbed my shoulder.

"Maybe you should come out, go spend some time with Kim, i know she needs it," I looked over at him. He stared at me and i smiled and nodded.

"yeah, maybe i should," He smiled and nodded.

"She's out side in the waiting room, i'll stay here and call you if he wakes up,"

"Promise?" He nodded.

"promise," I nodded back and stood up. I kissed Zayn's forehead and left the room. Kim sat in a chair. Her hair up in a bun. her hands cupped together. Louis and Harry sitting beside her. Bianca across from her. I walked over and sat down beside Bianca and looked at them both.

"How about we go out for a little while, get some fresh air," Kim looked at Bianca and nodded. They both stood up and followed me out to the car. They didn't say anything. They didn't tell me were they wanted to go. I sighed and just drove us home. They both climbed out and headed inside. I followed behind them and sat down on the couch. They headed upstairs and everything went quiet. I brought my knees up to my chest and closed my eyes. Please wake up Zayn. Please.

KIM'S POV

I layed down on my bed. Wrapping my arms behind my neck. Why did this have to happen to me. I had ignored Brads text and i just didn't feel like going on anymore. If it wasn't for Bianca. I would have gone mad. She sat down on my computer chair and looked out the window.

"He'll wake up Kim, i know he will, your dad's strong, always has been," I nodded and looked over at her.

"But what if he's not strong enough for this?" I asked. Tears briming my eyes. She walked over and layed down beside me. She put her head against mine and sighed.

"He will Kim, i know it," I sighed and closed my eyes.

"Thanks for being there for me Bi, it means alot," I whispered. 

"Hey, i'll always be here, your like my sister, always, promise," I nodded and hugged her. She hugged me back and i layed there. I didn't hear my mom come up stairs at all. I sighed. Bianca fell asleep on my bed and i got up and walked down stairs. Mum sat on the couch. Her knees pressed to her chest. I walked over and sat down beside her. She looked over at me and i saw the tears form and i couldn't help but let my own form. She wrapped her arms tightly around me and kissed the top of my head. Rubbing my back. I cried into her shirt and hugged her back.

"Im scared," I whispered.

"I know, i am too," She said back. I closed my eyes tighter and held onto as tight as i could. Like she was my life line. I needed her and didn't want to lose her. She rubbed my back and i sighed again as more tears fell. He had to wake up. right.
