It's early in the morning I went to Zendaya's private house located in the Samal island. It's already a year na nagtatrain ako ng mixed martial arts. It's for self-defense and to stay fit na rin.
Zaya's my trainer, coach, and mentor. She has this wide area for her gym. She has complete equipment, from sets of dumbbells, punching bags, boxing gloves, and etc.
She has everything here that she uses to maintain her physique and skills. I train with her atleast twice a month despite my busy schedule. I have to.
I am able to keep up with everything I need to learn since I secretly practice in my living room if busy si Ginger at hindi makadalaw sa condo.
Nag one on one sparring kami and for the first time, I won since nadistract siya nang mabanggit ko si Athena. Almost everyone knows how skilled and unremarkable Zendaya is. Today is a miracle.
"I'm sorry to burst your bubble Addie, but I'm not in the mood to talk about girls." Naglalakad kami patungo sa kitchen niya para uminom ng tubig after the intense work-out.
"Girls? Haha gagong to! Si Athena lang naman ang binanggit ko." I replied before drinking my water jug.
"Whatever Fausto, basta wag ka na magsalita tungkol sa kanya. Hindi natin kailangan pag-usapan yan." She is serious this time so I didn't push it.
"How about you? Diba sa condo ka ni GG natulog? Paano ka nakaalis? Or is it accurate to say, tumakas?" Nananadya niyang tanong para pikunin ako.
"Kaibigan ka ba talaga ni Gee?" Tiningnan ko siya na may bahid ng pagka dismaya. "At this hour?! Antok pa ang pwet non. You know how late she wakes up, so I just left her a note saying I went home early. I cooked her breakfast too syempre hindi ko makakalimutan yun." I answered grinning.
Zaya smiled remembering what Ginger is like.
"Right... So you're free from all the secrecy soon. Malapit na ang exam niya. But I must say, there is no assurance na tatanggapin niya lang basta-basta ang paglilihim mo... nating lahat. You know how much she values honesty at all times. I hope you're ready to face the odds of your choices." Salita niya habang hawak-hawak ang balikat ko at hinihimas-himas pa ito.
Kakampi ko siya sa lahat pero she never fails to remind me the reality of the situation. That's how I know that Zaya is fair and just. She's like my bigger sister at times kahit na may pagaka sinto-sinto siya minsan.
"Salamat Zee dahil naiintindihan mo ako. I don't know what I would do if you weren't there to guide me." I pulled her closer for a hug.
Minsan kasi kahit matigas ang ulo ko, si Zaya lang ang hindi nagsasawang intindihin ako. Even Ginger gets fed up sometimes. I want Zendaya to know how much she is wanted and needed kasi lately parang nakakalimutan niya yun.

It's been weeks since Patty's bestfriend, Ginger is coming with us every lunch, break-time and even after school hangouts. Medyo malandi pa tong si Ginger sa akin. I clearly said I am not the type to have sex again with a one-night stand. It's called one-night stand for a reason.
"Gee, did you know that Zee is transferring here?" Tanong ni Patty kay Ginger.
"Omg! I've heard nakipagbasag ulo nanaman yun sa kanila. For crying out loud, we are in college already." Pag-iinarte naman ng isa.
"She's taking Forensics back in Davao so there might be a chance na makasama siya ni Addie and natin sa Biology." Ani Patty.
We're sitting in the bench waiting for Aze to bring us food. Kawawa naman ang bestfriend ko, ayan lalandi-landi pa kasi sa mayaman.
