(Haven Academy, Narrator's POV)
It has been two weeks since the attack on Haven Academy, and all seemed to be well. But beneath the chamber of the Relic of Knowledge, in the waters of the Relic of Knowledge, there was a danger. A one-eyed woman with ashen hair, an amber eye, and a Grimm arm. Cinder Fall was still alive. Waking from a seemingly endless sleep, she rose to the surface of the water and swam to shore. She eventually crawled to the ground while catching her breath.
"S...Sustrai... I'm gonna kill you, you little bastard..." She growls angrily as she slams into the ground, opening a gap in the stone wall.
(Later)
After catching her breath and changing her clothes, Cinder went into town in search of someone who could find Night and his friends. She stopped in front of a building with a symbol of a spider on its web. She entered the building, which was nothing more than a bar, but all of its occupants had a spider tattoo on them.
Cinder walked over to a table where there was a blonde woman with blue eyes. She was plump, had a mole on her right cheek, medium-length hair and that same tattoo, which she wore on her left shoulder. She looked up at Cinder, who was approaching.
"That's far enough" She tell her. Two lieutenants approached Cinder, who smirked before pulling a small bag filled with Liens out of her left sleeve, which she threw on the table.
"Okay."The blonde woman said, sketching a smile. The lieutenants stepped aside, letting Cinder approach. She sat down around the table.
"You're Lil' Miss Malachite?" Cinder asks.
"I'm Lil' Miss Gon'-Skin-You-Alive if you ever take that tone with me again." She replies threateningly, "Looks like your life's savings." She adds, looking at the bag of Liens.
"It was somebody's." Cinder corrects.
"Cute. What do you want for it?" Miss Malachite asks. Cinder pulls out her Scroll and places it on the table.
"I'm looking for these travelers." She said to her as she showed her a picture of Ren, Nora and Jaune, then a picture of the Team RWBY, then a picture of Dragon and Resare.
"And the ones I'm most interested in are...them." She adds, showing a picture of Night and Emerald.
"Well sweetheart, you came to the right place." The blonde haired woman replies to her, sketching a smile.
(Argus Limited, Night's POV)
The train had now left the station and we were heading for Argus, in the north of the continent. The journey would take a little while, we should arrive the next day. We were heading to the rooming car, but with the density of passengers on board, it was a bit complicated. We were trying not to rush the passengers. I was carrying my bag of clothes on my right shoulder and holding my dust case in my left hand.
"Say, do you know where the bedroom car is?" Emerald asks me.
"I think it's in the next car." I replied.
"I really hope it will be less crowded." Dragon complained before shoving someone. "I'm sorry!" He apologized. "Still, we spent months coming to Mistral, and now here we are going to Atlas." He added. I turned back to him.
"I told you, it looks like you predicted the future." I told him.
"I'm not sure I understand what you're talking about." Krystal said to us. Dragon and I exchanged a look before looking at Krystal.
"Nothing" We told her in unison. Resare sighed.
"Come on, let's hurry." She said as she walked past us before accidentally shoving an old lady, who falls to the ground. "Oh shit!" She exclaimed as she dropped her stuff.
