Logan ran towards his step father and one of his step brothers, out of breath he slowly gasped out an apology for his tardiness.
"Sorry!... I... got... distracted!" He heaved, Roman had little sympathy for his disheveled step son, handing him all of their shopping.
"Well thanks to your laziness we had to carry everything ourselves.
Cinders, is it really SO much to ask for a little help from you?" Logan couldn't tell if Roman was trying to get sympathy or was just blaming Logan for his problems, knowing Roman though, It was probably both.
Logan lowered his head and shook it.
Roman folded his arms and tapped his foot impatiently "Because you had to run off I had to send Patton to go look for you. I would of sent Virgil but I don't trust him around all these snack carts.
It seemed like Patton also ran off on his own, why is everyone so dead set on making my life miserable today?".

Virgil quipped "I wish I had run off." causing Logan to snicker and Roman to lightly smack him on the arm.
"Ow!" "What did I say about the silence Virgil?" he turned to point at Logan "And you! Don't encourage him!".
Logan meekly apologized before noticing Patton walking up to them, Roman asked him where he had been but Patton just ignored him, oddly enough Roman didn't get upset about that, favoritism is a real bitch.

"Did anything happen while I was gone?" "The King and Queen dropped by and announced that there's going to be a ball in a few days, every man and woman in the kingdom is invited." said Virgil.
Logan smiled at the thought of going to a ball "Oh, that's exciting." "Yeah, maybe for you guys, I don't wanna go to some fancy pants event that's just an excuse to stalk some guy who could be a total weirdo for all I know!" Virgil yelled.
Logan delicately put a hand on Virgil's shoulder "A ball can't be that bad Virgil.".
Virgil took Logan's hand off of him "Oh trust me! They are! Prancing around in some lame, overly expensive, outfit that my dad is totally gonna pick out for me! talking to a bunch of strangers who have their heads so far up their own asses it's coming out of their mouths! It all sounds so glamorous and fun!" Roman was getting real sick of Virgil's whining and if he didn't shut up soon he was gonna do something about it.
When they got home Logan tried to do his chores as efficiently as possible but his mind kept wandering back to Remus.

Through out the whole day Logan just kept going on and on about it, recalling every little detail about him from his mustache to the goofy way he walked, but since this was Logan and nobody listened to him he just kinda... rambled to himself for a while.
"He was insufferable-" Logan complained as he swept the kitchen.
Logan stopped and paced around the room "Who does he think he is running into me and then asking me all these personal questions and then trying to charm me into dancing with him-" Logan crossed his arms feeling flustered. Even for somebody who had never been in love before, Logan could easily tell this was the beggining of a crush, but that didn't mean he had to accept it. "Eugh, this is not happening! It's impossible! The idea of me falling in love with a random guy on the street is preposterous! My disinterest in that weirdo is infinitesimal.".
Logan paused, in his gay panic, he had made Freudian slip and accidentally used a word that mean really small instead of really big.

Logan's groaned, his face beet red "God i can't even think straight- i mean- ugh!" he was driving himself crazy and felt like he was gonna combust if he didn't leave the room soon, he paced up and down the hallway corridor, trying to get his thoughts in order.
After all the years of training himself to not express himself and to focus purely on work he wasn't just gonna let some strong, handsome, sweet, charming, odd, curious, pre- Dammit! Never mind! While his mind raced with deep thoughts of his own inner turmoil, his step father was screaming for him to get upstairs.
Truth be told Logan was almost thankful to be called by him because he might give him chores to distract him from his terrible feelings.
He scurried upstairs to Roman's room and saw Patton and Virgil calmly playing Backgammon together.
