Ava is sitting at the bar counter, Amanda is on the phone with her mom, Claire is upstairs doing her homework, Mona is stirring some food in a bowl, Aria is on her way from coming home from work, Savannah pacing around the kitchen sucking peppermint candy worrying about Aria because there's a storm supposed to coming soon and she's afraid that Aria might get caught in the middle of it
Mona looks at Savannah
'Sava please calm down your mother will be home before the storm hits and quit eating that candy you're going to root teeth out before college' Mona says
'Sorry it's just a habit' Savannah says, continues to pace around
'Ava can please help me out here?' Mona asks
'Well I know that you guys don't allow it but maybe if we watch t.v. it will get her mind off of things' Ava says
'Fine go ahead I'll let this one slide and I'll explain it to your mother when she gets here' Mona says
'Alright come on' Ava says, she gets up as soon as she does they hear a door slam upstairs
'Uh-oh that can't be good it sounded like it came from the guest bedroom which is where Amanda is sleeping at' Mona says
'Should I go up there to make sure that she's ok or not?' Ava asks
'I think Savannah can handle this one it might calm you down' Mona says
'Probably' Savannah says, she heads upstairs

Claire is laying in her bed on her stomach then she hears the guest bedroom door slam she looks out in the hallway confused then gets up and walks out into the hallway she looks down at the end of hallway and sees the guest bedroom shut then Savannah walks up and she knocks on the door
'What's going on?' Claire asks
'I'm about to find out, Babe can i come in?' Savannah asks
'Yeah' Amanda says, she wipes her tears away
then Savannah opens the door and walks in, she walks up to Amanda she sits down in front of her and Amanda is laying down on her back
'What's wrong Mi amor?, was it about what your mother said?' Savannah asks
'Yeah, my grandma her mom is seriously ill so she has to bring her back here to live with us and knowing death she'll die the next day that she's here and there's another funeral I have to go to within how many weeks from each other' Amanda says, she puts her hands over her face she starts crying
'Oh Mi amor I'm so sorry' Savannah says
she lays down beside her and starts giving pecks of kisses all her left cheek, Amanda starts laughing
'Ok, ok, ok' Amanda says
Savannah stops kissing her and they both looks at each other, Amanda starts playing with Savannah's hair at the ends
'I'm glad that I have you and your family to cheer me up through these tough times' Amanda says, Savannah smiles
'And we will always be here for you no matter what' Savannah says, she kisses her
As much as Amanda is enjoying this she remembers Savannah hates storms and she cuddles with her instead of saying anything

Downstairs
Aria walks in the kitchen all soaking wet from the pouring rain Mona looks at her and smiles
'Hey' Mona says, Aria smiles and walks up to her
'Hey' Aria says, they kiss
'Is it pouring out?' Mona asks
'Yeah, roads are starting to flood' Aria says
'I'll check the basement' Savannah says, she comes down when she heard the front door shut and heads to the basement
'She was worried about you being trapped in this storm' Mona whispers
'Eating peppermint candy?' Aria asks
'Yeah' Mona says
'Ah, I'll talk to her after i get out of these wet clothes' Aria says
'Alright' Mona says, they kiss and Aria heads upstairs
'Hey you need any help?' Ava asks, she walk in the kitchen
'You're differently not one of my children' Mona says, Ava laughs
'But yes I would use the help' Mona says, they both smiles and Ava starts helping her

Aria walks up the stairs and walks up to Claire's door, she's done with her homework
'Hey Claire can you help mama with dinner I have to change and go talk to Sava' Aria says
'Yeah, of course, wanna come?' Claire asks Amanda, Amanda smiles
'Yeah' Amanda says, they get up and Aria smiles
'Thanks guys' Aria says
'No problem' Amanda says, they head down stairs, Aria goes to change

Savannah is in the basement and Aria walks down the stairs Savannah knows that Mona told her being nervous
'Hey, everything ok down here?' Aria asks
'As far as I can tell yes' Savannah says, Aria smiles
'Good, mama told me about you being worried about me being trapped in this storm and eating peppermint candy, how you're holding up?' Aria asks
'Relieve that you made it back all in one piece, i guess my PTSD is starting to act up again' Savannah says, Aria gives her a soft smile and walks up to her
'Like the therapist said PTSD is going to stick with you for the rest of your life it's hard to deal with it but i think with the right help and positive energy or group or whatever you'll be able to deal with it and talking about it will probably help you out a little bit, i don't have PTSD and I don't know what you're going through but me, your mama, your sister, your girlfriend and Amanda, and everybody else is here if you want to talk or just vent we're all ears and we will try to understand what you're going through' Aria says, Savannah smiles
'Thank you for trying to understand and I'll keep that in mind' Savannah says, Aria smiles and hugs her
'Well you're right everything looks fine to me but we better double check though' Aria says
'Right' Savannah says
So they check everything and it's fine they head upstairs for dinner
You see when Savannah was seven Aria was trapped in this really bad storm and got stuck in the road but before her car was filled with water she got out but Savannah didn't know that so when she saw that Aria's car was being filled with water she thought that she watched her mother drown but luckily Aria could cross the street before the water got high and hug Savannah then told her everything was fine and that she was fine Savannah was relieved that she got out of the car but it always stuck with her to this day and Savannah got PTSD because of it so every time there's a really bad storm and if Aria is out there Savannah's PTSD acts up she gets nervous and starts eating peppermint candy to calm herself down
