At school Ava is at her locker getting her morning books then Amanda walks up to her and Ava looks at her
'So how was your first date with Sava last night go?' Ava asks, Amanda sighs
'It went good up until the end' Amanda says
'Why, what happened?' Ava asks
'I wanted to kiss her first but I froze so she had to kiss me first, in my mind I'm always kissing her but for some reason I just froze and I don't know why either' Amanda says
'It might be because you don't want to mess up any kiss with her because you liked her for awhile before you told her that you had feelings for her and now that you guys are dating you don't want to mess up any moment you have with her because you don't want to embarrass yourself in front of her' Ava says
'Ok we seriously need to get your brain examined' Amanda says, Ava chuckles
'Anyways how was yours and Claire's first kiss went?' Amanda asks
'It went good and calm, nobody froze' Ava says
'Ha ha ha' Amanda says
'Do you know What is stopping you to kiss her first?' Ava asks
'Nerves mostly' Amanda says
'And another reason this is your first real serious relationship too' Ava says
'Good point' Amanda says, then the bell rings and they head to first period

Later that night Claire stopped by Ava's house just to talk and she walks in Ava's room
'Hey' Claire says, Ava looks at her and smiles
'Hey, what a nice surprise' Ava says, she smiles and walks up to her she kisses her and sits down in front of her
'I just got off of work, i figure that I would stop by here and see how you doing' Claire says, Ava looks at her confused
'I'm fine, why do you think that I'm not fine?' Ava asks
'I noticed that you been on edge all day today whenever you're around me, did I do something wrong that I'm not aware of?' Claire asks
'No, no, God no, it's just Amanda froze when she and Sava was going to kiss the other night, she just can't shake off the embarrassment, I would hate that if I froze up in front of you like that, Well like they say the first kiss isn't always that perfect and my nerves just got the best of me' Ava says, Claire chuckles
'thats true' Claire says
'You know Amanda pointed this out earlier that Savannah is her first serious real girlfriend' Ava says
'really?, wow' Claire says
'Well she has talked to people on instagram from school but they just end up ghosting her so there's that' Ava says
'Wow, well i will never end up ghosting you and its their fault because they missed out on someone who's amazing human being like you' Claire says, Ava blushes
'Wow been called a lot of things but never that before' Ava says, Claire smiles
'Thats because nobody noticed before me, now that I have noticed it I'm going to tell you that everyday' Claire says
Ava smiles and kisses her, then Ava gets a text from Amanda and she looks at it
'Oh my god' Ava says, in disbelief
'What it is?' Claire asks, Ava shows her the text
'Oh my sweet baby jesus' Claire says, in shock, once the shock wears off
'Come on, she might be at my house telling Sava and right now not only does she need her girlfriend but her best friend too' Claire says
Ava smiles and they get up, they head over to her and Savannah's house Ava tells her parents what is going on

At Claire's and Savannah's house
Savannah is in her room putting away her laundry then Amanda walks in with tears in her eyes and Savannah looks up at her then her heart sinks because she knows something bad just happened
'Hey, what's wrong?' Savannah asks, she walks up to her
'Um after school today my dad had a heart attack and we rushed him to the hospital they did everything that they could but he died about 20 minutes' Amanda says, Savannah is in shock
'Oh my god, I'm so sorry' Savannah says, she hugs her and Amanda starts breaking down again
Then Claire and Ava walks in once Amanda stops crying she tells them what happened to her dad they are sitting on Savannah's bay window
'I'm so sorry' Ava says, she hugs her and so does Claire
'When is the furenal?' Savannah asks
'Um next Sunday, can any of you guys make it?' Amanda says
'Yeah me and Sava can' Claire says
'Yeah' Savannah says
'I have a new work schuelde I work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, off days Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekends off, so yes I can be there, i wasn't going to miss it anyways' Ava says, Amanda smiles
'Thank you' Amanda says
Everybody stays there for Amanda they all spends the night at Savannah's and Claire's house
