summer break had finally started and me and my big brother, kio were home alone bc our parents are on a vacation. they're away for the whole summer break which means partys! kios friend, vinnie, is getting his house renovated so he's staying with us for a while. vinnie, kio and me were best friends during 1st to 3rd grade until he moved to seattle where his grandparents live. they were one grade over me so they hung out a lot without me so i'd say they're best friends and i'm just the little sister they sometimes hang out with. vinnie moved out of town and i haven't heard of him ever since but kio was still talking to him. (kio and vinnie are 18 and nai is 17). i wonder how he looks. he's probs ugly lol.

kio: hey nai wanna follow me to pick up vinnie?
nai: wait, rn?
kio: no no it's tomorrow but it's very early.
nai: just wake me up then
kio: alr

the following morning

kio: nai
nai: whaaaat

kio walks into my room

kio: nai wake up!!
nai: noooo
kio: nai wake up!!!!!!! vinnie has already landed!

he basically yelled

nai: oh shit yeah just lemme get ready!
kio: we don't have time!

i sit up and i look at the clock next to me. 4:36 am. i look back at kio

nai: it i'll be quick i swear
kio: okay, but if u take more then 5 mins i'll leave without you

he walked out of my room

nai: yeah yeah!

five minutes later

i go out to the car and thankfully, kio hasn't left. i open the passenger door and i sit down.

kio: u took ages
nai: no i didn't shut up and drive

about 20 minutes later

we step out of the car and wait for vinnie. kio walks up to the door. i only see a blonde curly headed boy but i didn't think that that was vinnie.

i then see them hug and i just froze.

is this the same vinnie? the same vinnie that asked me out and i rejected? he's so handsome, the way his tattoos sit on his body made me crazy. his lips are so pretty. i just want to kiss them. wait! no! this is your brothers bestfriend. chill out nai!

they hug and talk for like a minute.

i don't think vinnie knows i'm here.

he's so tall and his voice is so sexy, i can't believe it!

kio and vinnie start walking towards the car and vinnie notices me.
