Lauren's POV
"It's on!" I looked at Jc.
"Oh yes it is."
3...2...1...Go! I sped off and left Jc behind me. Jc then blue shelled me and put me in 7th and he took my place in 1st.
"Jc what the hell!" I laughed.
"Damn watch your language!" He laughed back.
It was the third lap and me and Jc were right next to each other. The finish line was getting closer and closer. I got a mystery box and got 3 shells. I waited till Jc was up next to me and I hit him pushing him back to second as I crossed the finish line in 1st.
"What the hell was that? That's not fair!" He threw the controller.
"Yea sure it's not fair." I laughed.
"Now Kian, you have to get a spoonful of ketchup and eat it and Mackenzie you have to get a spoonful of mayonnaise and eat that and Jc... Hmmm... You have to eat a spoonful of syrup."
"Why does he get the good one?" Kian complained.
"Shut up at least you don't have to eat mayonnaise!" Mackenzie kissed Kian's cheek.
"Ew guys get a room!" Jc yelled.
"Shut up we didn't even do anything." Kian pushed Jc.
"Now do y'all's punishments!" I yelled.
They did and almost threw up.
"Kian can I talk to you?" I asked.
"Yeah umm, sure. I'll be right back." He let go of Kenzie's waist and followed me outside.
"Yea?" He asked.
"What the hell, when are you gonna ask her?"
"Ask her what?"
"To be your girlfriend." I said.
"Well wouldn't you like to know."
"Yea I would." I said back.
"Okay, well we were going to go on a date by ourselves today, but instead we are going on a date tomorrow night and I was planning on asking her then."
"Okay good. You guys are too cute together. Y'all act like a couple so get on that okay?" I laughed.
"I'm working on it." He laughed. We went back inside and he walked back up behind Kenzie and put his arms around her waist and put his head on her shoulder. Gosh they were so cute. Come on Kian get your priorities straight. (Haha) I wish I could have that, with Jc maybe. I admit, he was rubbing off on me and I was starting to like him. I stood by him in the kitchen and we just talked for a while. It got late and Kian and Mackenzie disappeared and went to Kian's room to go to sleep. Jc gave me his room to sleep in and he went to Ricky's room.
Mackenzie's POV
"Kian what was that about with Lauren?" I asked.
"She wanted to ask about our relationship, that's all. And yea our date is back on for tomorrow because my plans kinda got ruined today. Sorry." He said and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Okay." I said.
I laid my head on his chest and was thinking.
"Kian?"
"Yea?" He said half awake.
"You wouldn't keep anything from me, would you?"
"No of course not. Why would you think that?"
"I don't know. Just a random thought." I said.
"Okay goodnight beautiful." He said kissing the top of my head.
"Good night." I looked up and gave him a kiss.
I laid my head back down and quickly fell asleep listening to the beating of Kian's heart.
