Mackenzie's POV
I woke up and went downstairs to see Lauren and my mom sitting on the couch talking. When they saw me they stopped.
"Whatcha talking about?" I asked suspiciously.
"Your date. Trying to guess what happened." Lauren said.
"Okay. Have fun with that." I said.
I went to the kitchen and ate a bowl of cereal. When I was done I put my bowl in the sink and went to sit with my mom and Lauren.
"So your date. Tell us everything." My mom said.
"Well we went to a really fancy dinner and the steak there was amazing. We talked a lot and he held my hand most of the night. We then went back to his house and Lauren was there. We then watched a movie together." I said staring at Lauren. I knew she wouldn't tell her the rest. I mean I didn't lie, but we weren't the ones watching a movie.
"Aww did he kiss you?" My mom asked.
"Mom." I groaned. She gave me a weird look. "Yes we kissed, but that's what couples do, is it not? I'm not going to do anything with him." I said and got up pulling Lauren with me. I walked her up to my room and we sat down on my bed.
"Spill." I said.
"About what? And you have to tell me about what you and Kian did when you got to the house before 'spill'." She mocked.
"We didn't do anything I swear. Why do you and my mom think that would happen?" I asked.
"Because we know how much you and Kian both like each other."
"Fair enough." I said.
"Okay keep spilling." Lauren said.
"Okay he closed the door and we kissed for a while. We then made it over to where the bed was and laid down and kissed a little more and then I fell asleep."
"Aw so cute!" Lauren said loudly.
"Okay, now your turn to spill about you and Jc." I said.
"He asked me on a date." She said really soft.
"He what?" I couldn't hear her.
"He asked me on a date." She said again, but louder and her face lit up.
"Aww I knew y'all would be perfect for each other." I hugged her.
"Oh hush you." She said.
I got up and decided to take a shower and get dressed. It was getting colder outside, so I chose to wear Kian's favorite gray hoodie. I never gave it back to him, oops. I put on some dark skinny jeans and dried my hair. I then straightened it and put it in a high pony, I know pointless, but whatever. I then laid on my bed and Lauren sat on the edge.
"Got any plans for today?" She asked.
"No, but Kian is probably coming over later since the weather is crap today." I said.
"Could Jc come too?" She asked.
"Yea I don't mind. My mom is at work so she trusts you to keep me in line." I laughed.
We laughed for a minute and then my phone started buzzing. I looked over at my phone. There was the picture of me and Kian on the beach together. That was the first "selfie" we took together kissing. I thought it was cute. I snapped out of my memories and answered my phone.
"Hello beautiful and how are you doing?" He asked.
"I'm doing good, but I could be better." I said looking over at Lauren who was silently laughing.
"Why's that?" He asked concerned.
"Because I miss you." I rolled my eyes at Lauren who was laughing.
"I'll be there in 20 minutes. I'm leaving now." He said.
"Could you do Lauren a favor?" I asked him smirking at Lauren. She stopped laughing.
"Yea sure. What is it?"
"Bring Jc with you. I'll explain later."
"Oh no I get it. See you soon. Bye."
"Bye."
I smiled and hung up the phone.
