Mackenzie's POV
I wake up and roll over to face Kian. He is still asleep so I try to fall back asleep. I fell back asleep and wake up about an hour later and it is bow 11:00.
"Kian wake up." I say and shake his shoulder a little.
He doesn't do anything. I get up and straddle his stomach and sit on top of him.
"Kian." I say.
I see him try to hide his smile, so I know he is awake.
"I know you're awake." I say as I run my fingers up and down his stomach.
His stomach tenses as I do this.
"Babe wake up." I say.
He doesn't do anything.
"Kian come on wake up. I want to cuddle."
I soon feel 2 hands on my hips. Kian then opens his eyes and sits up to kiss me. He immediately lays back down.
"Good morning." Kian says.
"Good morning." I say laying down on Kian.
I kiss him and then lay my head on his chest while my body is laying on the rest of him.
He has one hand on my butt and one is rubbing my back. He rubs up and down. His hand soon makes its way under my shirt. He continues to rub my back.
"That feels so good." I say into his chest.
"I know." He smiles.
I look up and kiss him. I kiss him over and over again until my phone rings. I start to get up but Kian pulls me back.
"Don't get it." He says.
"I have to, it's my mom." I say.
"Ooh okay." He says.
I get up to answer my phone.
"Hello?" I say.
"Hey are you ready for me to come get you?" My mom asks.
"No mom. I can take myself home and I'm hanging out with Lauren for a little longer today." I say.
"Really. Where are you?" She asks.
"With Lauren." I say.
"Where because y'all aren't at her house?" She says.
"We went out to get something to eat." I say quickly.
"And how did you know we weren't there?" I ask.
"Because I am there." She said.
"Oh ok, well I got to go, love you bye." I say quickly and hang up.
"That was close." I said sitting down on the bed.
"Why?" Kian asked.
"She was at Lauren's and wanted know where we were." I said.
"Oh." Is all he said.
"Are you going to keep lying to her?" He asks.
"Well I don't want to but what choice do I have if I want to be happy?" I say and Kian comes and sits beside me.
"Kenz, I think you need to tell her about us. She should understand that if you being with me makes you happy then she should be happy too." He said and wrapped his arm around me.
I leaned my head on his shoulder. He rubbed my arm in comfort.
"I know, but when, how?" I ask.
"When you go home today, I'll go with you. She doesn't have to know that you spent the night here, but she needs to know that we are together again. She is going to find out somehow so we might as well tell her."
"Okay, so you go with me and we tell her." I say.
"Yes and don't worry about this so much. It doesn't matter what she thinks of you and me, as long as my baby is happy." He smiles.
I blushed. He never calls me baby, normally just babe or Kenz. I kind of liked it.
"Okay. We'll go later today." I say.
"Starbucks?" He asks.
"Sounds good. You want to get the other two love birds?" I ask.
"Yea." He says and gets up.
I fix my hair and then go to Jc's room. I knock on the door and Lauren answers.
"Hey." She says.
"Y'all want to go get Starbucks with us?" I ask and I see Jc sit up in the bed behind Lauren.
"Sure. Jc get ready." She says.
Jc then gets out of bed and puts on a shirt.
"We will be down in a minute." Lauren says and then closes the door.
I go back into Kian's room and he is in a different outfit. He is wearing a snapback and has sunglasses in his hand.
"They coming?" He asks.
"Yea, they are getting ready." I say and Kian nods.
We both walk out of his room and wait downstairs in the living room. They soon come downstairs and we walk to Starbucks.
We ordered our drinks and sat down together. Kian and I on one side of the table and Jc and Lauren on the other side.
"So um, I've or um we have decided to tell my mom about us and I honestly don't care what she thinks. Kian helped me to believe that as long as I am happy then my mom should be too." I said.
"That's great. I hope it goes well." Lauren said.
"Hope for the best düd." Jc said to Kian.
"You're so weird." Lauren said.
"You chose me." He said.
"I know. Now give me a kiss." She said and they pecked each others lips.
"Young love." I said and Kian laughed.
We finished our drinks and left. We walked back to their house and hung out for about an hour. It was finally time to tell my mom.
