Lauren's POV
Once Mackenzie left for her date with Kian I called Jc. We had been talking and hanging out quite a lot since the amusement park. I really liked him, but I didn't know if he liked me. Anyways, I called Jc to see if he wanted to hang out.
Jc's POV
I was sitting on my bed on my computer when my phone rang. I looked to see who it was and it was Lauren. I took a deep breath and answered the phone trying to stay calm. I was falling for her, I do have to admit, but I didn't want her to know because I didn't want to make things awkward between us. The way things were now were good, but they could be even better if... Never mind.
"Hey Jc! What's up?"
"Hey! Nothing much tonight. Why, what's up?"
"Well you know how Kian and Kenzie have their date?"
"Mmhm"
"Well I was bored and I figured you might be too so wanna hang out?" She asked.
Jc remain a composed person. Don't say anything stupid.
"Yea that's fine. Where at? My house is cool if you want." I said.
"Yea that's fine. I'll be right over, I'm at Kenzie's." She said.
"Okay bye see you soon." I smiled.
"Okay bye."
I hung up the phone and was still smiling. Gosh, what has this girl done to me? I forgot about everything that had happened between me and Lia.
About 20 minutes later there was a knock on the door. I got up to go get it, but Ricky beat me to the door. He opened the door and I went and sat down in the living room on the couch. Lauren then walked in behind Ricky.
"There he is." He said walking away.
"Thanks Ricky. Hey." She said coming over and hugging me.
I didn't want to let go, but I did. "Hey Lauren. How did Kian react to her?" I asked. Well that was random.
Lauren's POV
I got to his house and gave him a hug and then sat down on the couch next to him.
"He was stunned. She was beautiful, the dress, the makeup, her hair, was all perfect." I said.
"Good. I've never seen Kian like this about a girl. He must really like her." He said.
"Yea same with Kenzie." I said.
"So you wanna play some Mario kart?" He asked.
"Sure, but no punishments please." I begged.
"Fine." He went up and turned on the game.
Ricky came in half way through our first race and sat down on the opposite end of the couch.
"Sure would suck to get beat by a girl!" He laughed.
"Shut up!" Jc shot back.
"It's true." I laughed.
Jc leaned over and pushed me to my side.
"Jc that's not fair!" I yell as he crosses the finish line.
"Oh I'm sorry, would you like a hug?" He joked, but I took the offer.
"Yes." I said and pouted.
He then gave me a hug that would've lasted if it wasn't for Ricky.
"Just go out already. It's obvious you two like each other, you are just oblivious to each other." Ricky said.
I pulled out of the hug and blushed and Jc looked down. I could tell he was blushing too.
