----End Note---

Mackenzie's POV
I woke up and texted Lauren.

"Yesterday went good."

"I can tell you got your stuff back."

"Yea and my mom approves of Kian and I."

"Good. I got to go I'm busy right now I'll text you later bye."

Lauren's POV
I woke up next to Jc again. I rolled over and checked my phone. Apparently yesterday went great with Kenzie and her mom.

"Good morning babe." Jc said.

"Good morning." I said and kissed him.

"So I never told you what you had to do." He smirked.

"Oh no Jc it is too early for this." I groaned. It was 8:00.

"It's nothing bad and I'm pretty sure you'll like it." He said.

"For some reason I doubt that." I laughed.

"Oh come on." He laughed too.

I kissed him again before I got up.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"To make food. You coming?" I said.

"Yea." He said and got up.

"So for the bet, you have to go out on a date with me to a beach party." Jc said.

"You know how much I hate those." I said.

"I know but they are so much fun, plus I'll be there and if you don't like it then we can leave." He said.

"Alright. I'll go. When is it?" I asked.

"After Kian and Mackenzie's graduation." He said.

"Okay." I said.

I made pancakes and we ate. We just hung out at his house for the day and played Mario Kart. We had a pretty laid back day.

--------------graduation---------------

Kian's POV
It was finally time for us to get out of this place. I put on my cap and gown and went to the ceremony. We all flip our tassels to the other side as we went across the stage. A couple people talked and gave speeches on the stage. I looked over a couple rows behind me and saw Kenzie. She smiled at me and I turned back around.

"Congratulations graduates!" The principle said.

We all stood up and threw our hats in the air. I walked out of the row I was in and went over to where my mom and Kenzie's mom were. I stood there and said thank you for their congratulations. I soon was pushed forwards a little and I felt someone on my back.

"Congratulations! We are finally free!" Kenzie yelled as I put my hands under her thighs to hold her up.

"I know and congratulations to you too." I said and kissed her cheek.

She got off of my back and stood next to me and I wrapped my arm around her waist.

"Are you two ready to go?" My mom asked.

"Yea let's go." Kenzie said.

I took my arm away from her waist and intertwined our fingers. We got in my car and drove back to my house.

Mackenzie's POV
We got out and went to our graduation party. We walked around and snacked some and talked to people. They asked about mine and Kian's relationship and our futures and all that.

We talked to just about everyone and then we finally went upstairs to Kian's room. We sat down on his bed facing each other.

"So what are you doing now that you are out of high school? Are you going to college?"Kian asks.

"I don't know, college may not even happen." I say.

"Why not?" Kian asks.

"Because I don't want to be away from you and-" I was cut off.

"Don't not go just cause of me. We can visit and make it work." He says.

"Well it is also because of money and I don't have a scholarship so we probably aren't going to be able to afford it and honestly I don't really want to go."

"Oh ok. I want you to go if you want, I don't want me to get in the way of anything." He said.

He wasn't at all the reason that I didn't want to go to college, I simply just didn't feel the need to go.

"I promise you won't. I just don't feel the need to go. What about you? Are you going to college?" I asked him.

"No, I have several movie auditions that I'm hoping they are going to get me somewhere."

"That's exciting." I said.

"Yes it is and you know what the good thing is?" He asked.

"What?"

"I get to stay here because all the shoots are in LA about 5 miles from my house. It also means that I get to be with you." He smiles and I blush.

"Lucky you." I smile and kiss him lightly.

"Yea, lucky me." He whispered and continued to kiss me.

We kissed passionately until there was a knock on the door.

"Kenz, we are going now." I heard my mom say.

"Okay!" I say back to her.

"I'll see you at the beach party, then?" I asked Kian.

"Yea, I'll pick you up." He said.

"Okay bye, love you." I said and kissed him.

"Love you too." He said and I walked out the door.

I got home and immediately went to sleep. I was so tired and ready for the beach party tomorrow.
