Kian's POV
It was a day before we move into our house. I got a bunch of boxes and brought them to my room. I called Kenzie and asked her to come over.
"Hey." She answered.
"Will you help me?" I asked.
"I'll be over in a little bit." She said.
"Okay, thank you." I said.
"No problem." She said.
We ended the call and I started getting some stuff put into boxes, the things I didn't need. Soon I got bored of packing and just laid on my bed. Kenzie then came over and pulled me off my bed.
"Come on, let's finish." She said.
I just groaned and put my shoes in a box. I also put my hats in the same box along with some of the pictures I had in my room of Kenzie and I. The box was full so I sealed it.
Kenzie folded my clothes as I put then into the box. She left out one outfit for me to wear tomorrow. The box soon filled with shirts and another filled with pants.
We finally finished packing everything except for my desk, nightstand, dresser, and bed. We would move all that tomorrow when the movers came.
Now we laid down on my bed. Kenzie laid her head on my chest as I brushed my fingers through her hair.
"You ready for this?" I asked.
"Well I can't change my mind now." She laughed.
"But yes I'm ready." She added.
"Good." I said and kissed the top of her head.
"Are you staying the night?" I asked.
"No I still have to pack." She said.
"Do you want me to help you?" I asked.
"If you want to that would be nice." She said.
"Okay then let's go to your house." I said.
We got up and Kenzie drove to her house. We went up to her room and there were already some boxes packed with her shoes, pictures, lamp, perfumes, makeup, lotions, etc.
"I need to finish packing my clothes." She said.
"Okay." I said.
She started folding as I put them in the boxes. We filled up 3 boxes with all of her clothes.
"We're done." She said.
"Yay." I laughed.
"Now we can relax even though it's 10:00." She said.
"Yea, I guess I should go then if you want to sleep." I said getting up.
"Okay. I love you and see you tomorrow at our house." She smiled.
"I love you too." I said and hugged her.
I kissed the top of her head and then pecked her lips.
"Goodnight." I said.
"Goodnight." She said back.
Jc took me home. On the way back I just thought about what was happening now and what would happen in our future.
I finally got home and went up to my now empty room. I laid down on my bed and starred at the ceiling. I then slowly fell asleep.
Mackenzie's POV
I woke up the next morning and called Kian.
"Morning beautiful." He answered.
"Morning. You ready to go get the keys?" I asked excited.
"Yea, I'll take a quick shower and get dressed then come get you." He said.
"Okay, bye." I said.
"Bye."
I ended the call and jumped in the shower real quick. I got out and did my makeup. I put my hair into a bun because it was still wet. I put on my black leggings with a white crop top tank. I wore my red vans because I packed my other ones already.
Once I was done getting ready there was a knock on my door. I went to open it and it was Kian of course. I yelled bye to my mom and got in his car.
"You excited?" He asked.
"Yes." I smiled.
"I can tell." He said.
"Are you excited?" I asked.
"Yes." He said and glanced over at me.
We pulled up to the guys office and went inside. He was there waiting for us along with a few more papers to sign before we got the keys. We read through all the papers and signed. The guy then gave each of us keys and a paper.
"I hope you enjoy your new house." He said.
"It's finally ours." I turned to Kian.
"I know now let's go move in." He said and took my hand.
We took a picture of us with the paper and keys. There was a normal one and one with us kissing. I was so excited I couldn't help but smile through the kiss.
We drove to our house and walked in. It seemed even more beautiful than it was the first time.
"The movers should be here soon." Kian said.
"Okay." I said walking to the back door.
I went outside into the backyard. To the left was the yard and in the middle there was a pool. I walked back inside and Kian was walking around.
The movers soon came and helped us get our boxes and Kian's furniture into our room. We got that furniture set up and we got our clothes into drawers.
The furniture people then came to deliver our furniture. They set up the couches and tables how we wanted them. There was a dresser like table against the wall and below the tv.
Once all our furniture was set up we sat down on the couch and Kian put his arm around me.
"So how do you like it?" He asked.
"I love it." I said and looked out the window where a beautiful sunset was taking place.
"This view is beautiful." Kian said.
"I know." I said.
"I wasn't talking about the sunset." He said.
"Oh hush." I blushed.
Kian leaned in and his lips met mine as they moved in sync together. We pulled away and looked around the house. It didn't feel empty anymore like it did before the furniture. Now it felt like home.
It was now around 8:30 and we got dinner delivered to the house. We ate and then went to the living room to watch tv.
"I guess we need to go to the store and get some things." I said.
"Yea, we need to eat here and not out all the time." Kian said.
"Yea." I said and laid my head on his shoulder.
"You tired?" He asked.
"Yea, I'm glad we are almost settled in now." I said.
"Me too. Do you want to go to sleep?" He asked.
"Yea." I said and we got up.
We walked to our bedroom and got changed into comfy clothes. We then crawled in bed together. Kian wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me close. I laid my head on his chest.
"This is the first night of many of sleeping in this bed, together." Kian said and he kissed the top of my head.
"Mhm." I mumbled.
"I love you." He said.
"I love you too, goodnight." I said.
"Goodnight."
I then pecked him on the lips and laid my head back down. I then slowly fell asleep.
