LIA'S POV
"Marecakes tara kakain" Aya ni Shianne samin pagdating sa cottage.
Inalukan nya kami ng pinggan na sya naming tinanggap.
I'm still curious how Shianne and Nathan got along very quickly. I wanted to ask but I don't wanna butt in to their business..... Well curiosity kills the cat so....
"Hoy bestea, anong meron sa inyo ni Nathan?" Kulbit ko sa kanya kaya't napatigil ito sa pagsandok ng kanin.
Kinunotan niya ako ng noo na para bang tinatanong kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng mga sinabi ko sa kanya.
"Ha??" She asked.
"I mean what's up with you and Nathan? Parang mas close mo pa ata si Nathan kaysa sa akin na bestfriend mo." I explained.
"Wala naman. Siguro dahil pareho kaming third wheel a inyong dalawa." Irap nya sabay turo kay Maximus na nagsasandok ng ulam sa kanyang plato.
"Weh? yun lang?" di makapaniwalang tanong ko sa kanya.
"Well..... Fine I admit I have a little crush on him. It may sounds weird since we just me a few days ago" She confessed.
I was about to speak up hen I saw Nathan walking towards us and by the looks on his face it looks like he heard everything.
"So you like me?" Nathan asked making shianne shocked and embarrassed at the same time.
"Kanina ka pa ba dyan?? Narinig mo ba yung mga sinabi ko?" Shianne asked him while blushing.
"Just got here a few minutes ago when you said you liked me and yes, I heard it loud and clear" He said grinning to Shianne.
I laughed when Shianne turned red like a tomato in just a matter of seconds. She ran away and Nathan followed her still smiling like an idiot.
"Yep. They'll make a cute couple." I said to myself.
"What's on your mind?" Maximus asked me.
"Wala naman. I just found their friendship cute" Natatawang sabi ko.
I laughed at the word "friendship" because I don't really know what their status are so I'll just label it as friendship..... well for now..
"What about me, Do you find me cute?" Tinaasan ko nang kilay ang nagtanong na si Maximus.
He was pouting while looking at me. Oh god heavens! He's Adorable!
"U-umm" I said trying hard not to stutter but failed miserably.
"well??" He said waiting for my response.
"Y-you're cute" I said and avoided his gazed.
As soon as I saw his face I blushed from embarrassment. I tried so hard to avoid looking at him but he kept staring at me.
"Anong tingin yan??" I asked in sarcasm.
I tried looking down so I could't see his face but it's no help cause he keeps staring at me.
"What" I asked him.
"You look cute too mon amour" He said in a gentle tone making me flustered and feel butterfly in my stomach.
"Sige mambola ka pa" sagot ko at pabiro siyang inirapan.
Natawa naman ito at niyakap ako ng mahigpit.
"But it's true." natutuwang sabi nito sakin habang yakap pa rin ako.
"Ewan ko sayo" natatawang sabi ko rin.
We stayed at our place for a few minutes before we decided to take a walk at the seashore.
"Hey about earlier, I'm still thinking about the wedding" he suddenly spoke out of the blue.
"About that, Don't worry I won't back out in our wedding" I assured him.
"No, it't not about that. It's about you. Are you really going to marry me? I mean I kinda forced you into this." He said.
What is he trying to say?
"What do you mean?" I asked him.
"I can still request my father to send your grandfather's inheritance without marrying me-"
"And why would you do that?" I butted in
"Because I don't want you to marry me just because of that. I don't want you to regret you decisions" He said in a sad tone.
Kumunot ang noo ko. Ano bang meron at ganito mag isip ang prinsepeng to?? may saltik ata ito eh. Kanina lang ay nakikipag karerahan pa kay Nathan tapos biglang mag dadrama dito.
"Bakit ka ba nag iisip nang ganyan? Sino naman nagsabi sayo nyan?" Tanong ko sa kanya.
Hindi naman ito sumagot at tumungo lang. He looks so down and depressed.
Hinawakan ko ang dalawang kamay nya at tinignan siya. Naramdaman kong bahagyang itong tumingin sa akin kaya't nginitian ko sya.
"Listen, Okay I'll admit everything what you've said is true—" Nakita kong lalo itong lumungkot kaya't nataranta ako.
"w—wa—wait, I mean dati, that's my only motive pero iba na ngayon. Dati I really hate your guts. Para sa akin isa kang masungit at nakakainis na prinsepe. Para kang laging may dalaw dahil laging magsalubong ang kilay mo at napakasungit mo. But now i find those things lovable about you, Yung pagiging maldito mo, yung pag irap mo, I—I want to see that everyday. As everyday passed I didn't think I'll developed my feelings for you." I confessed.
Nakita kong nanlaki ang mata nya at hindi makapaniwala sa sinasabi ko.
"I'm just not used to confess since you're my first. I don't know anything about love but I know the feeling at ikaw lang ang nakakapag paramdam noon sakin. And trust me kahit hindi mo ako pilitin ay kusa na akong magpapakasal sayo because I love you" I was looking down because I was to embarrassed to see his reaction.
Nagulat ako nang bigla niya akong yakapin. Biglang parang sumabog ang puso ko at nakikipag karera sa bilis.
"I love you too, mon amour." Bulong nito sa akin at lalong hinigpitan ang yakap niya. Niyakap ko rin sya ng mahigpit.
This felt so surreal.
I just confessed my feelings
Please tell me I'm not dreaming,
Cause having to say those three words to him felt good. It's amazing.
I hope we'll just stay like this forever...
