The Lost in the Grocery Store Incident

Hmmmm....do I need eggs? Yes, I need eggs. 

(puts eggs in cart)

Oh hey there! Yes, I'm shopping now. Look, we're running low on groceries.

Leftovers for dinner are pretty depressing so yeah.

I usually would be going with my parents, because I'm a minor and I only have, like, 100 dollars from taking out the trash over the years.

If I was going shopping with my mom, I'd hate it, because she'd be busy doing her own thing and I'd be left just dying of boredom.

I'm alright with shopping with my dad as long as he lets me get something, like ice cream :-）

Dad told me I used to love going shopping with my parents, no matter what. Probably because I had nothing to do all day, but at least now I have Wattpad.

So once I went to Fred Meyer with my mom, and if you don't know what store that is you live under a rock. 

My mom was shopping and doing her thing, and I was being an annoying gremlin child (tommy....).

Then, well, geez I think I got distracted or something. I do get distracted easily admittedly.

OoOh! Who wants ice cream for dinner?!

I wandered away from the cart, and I ended up in a random isle. My sense of direction is really bad too. 

Basically, I'm an idiot in public. I still am.

(currently running away from a "sus" dude)

Look, he has a black hoodie though! And he's texting while he's walking >:<

Anyway, I had no idea where I was, so the natural response would be to panic right?

But since I am a 200 IQ person (jk), my child-brain was like "Okay, let's stay calm. What should we do?"

'Cry?'

"NO you idiot! Crying solves nothing."

'Now what? I have no idea where mom is!'

"Let's ask someone for help then!"

'Wha- no! What if people look at me weird??'

"Who cares? THis is a matter of LIFE and DEATH if we don't find mom sooner or later!"

'FINE'

So then, being the chill and calm person I am, I walked up to the cashier lady near the checkout isle, and was like "Hey, I can't find my mom, so can you do something, you know, helpful?"

The lady took her microphone and said something like "I have a lost child here, someone come and take her 0-0"

When my dad found out what happened, he cracked up so bad.

See? I have some kind of genius :D

(reaches checkout isle)

Um....so how much?

What?! No, I only bought eggs, bread, milk, and the ice cream!

...oh.

Who knew ice cream was this expensive here??

I'm actually not allowed to shop by myself because I had to get the overprotective parents :,(

About the selfie: No, I'm not going to do a face reveal any time soon, because 

a) This is the Internet.

b) I'm not really important or anything so I'd just be exposing my identity to the world.

and 

c) Why? I'm lazy :/
