Elena was officially done with Lando.

It had been almost two weeks since they last talked and she'd been blocked on all his social media platforms, including WhatsApp.

The first few days after the "break up" were difficult. She had to put on a fake smile around her family. Her mother had noticed this and had done everything to distract her from whatever was clouding her mind until she was ready to talk it out.
She was doing well until she saw photos of Lando having lunch with another girl, she knew it wasn't his mother or sisters so she instantly felt heartbroken.

This led her to her current position where she was in the studio watching Olivia sing the words that she'd written last night.
Her cousin had spent the night with her as they had a "broken hearts club sleepover", where they spent most of the night talking about the boys that broke their hearts and writing out their feelings.
In the span of one night they had managed to write four songs. And now they were in the studio, in their pyjamas mind you, bringing those words to life.

Liv finally stepped out of the booth, done for the day. But they weren't completely done with the studio. Liv had booked an extra two hours for Elena as a thank you for helping her with the album.

"Come on let's get going, don't want to keep Matty waiting downstairs." Elena said as she collected her belongings from the couch. Matthew was Olivia's driver and despite being kind was very big on punctuality, forever scolding the girls for being late.
"Actually Matty isn't downstairs. We have another hour or two booked. You deserve to release all that pent up creative tension. I thought writing would help relieve it but there's something bigger holding you back. So come on, get in there and lay out all of your feelings. "
As Olivia said this Elena found herself tearing up as she realised that despite her fake smiles the people around her knew and loved her enough to see past them. She squeezed her cousin into a hug, both girls sniffling as their emotions got the better of them.

Two hours later Elena felt a whole lot better. She'd recorded 2 covers and one original song. One of the covers would go on her Instagram in hopes of not only possibly reaching the ears of a major producer but also catching the eyes of a particular boy. She needed him to know that whatever they had was over and that he was to blame.
