"hi guys, welcome back to my channel! if you're new here you know what to do; go like and subscribe! anyways we are done with that basic crap, but i'm here with my roommate daniel and then we're going to play the whole 'never have i ever' game that i downloaded on my phone."
"don't worry guys, we will be taking shots of apple juice- i made sure of it." daniel chuckled, showing everyone the empty container of literal apple juice.
"okay, never have i ever been pregnant." she giggled at the game, knowing it was true.
"god i hope i'm not pregnant." daniel joked around with before taking his turn.
"never have i ever had a crush on someone who has been with one of my best friends- yup definitely not."
both of them hadn't even taken a shot yet, so it only became personal sayings once they turned off her phone to continue.
"never have i ever wanted to go to the gym."
and that's when she took her first shot laughing as daniel only blinked at her repeatedly- utterly confused.
"how are we friends?"
"sir, does it look like i workout in a gym?"
"no because you do a lot of yoga."
"true. okay you go."
"never have i ever wanted to get a dog before."
both of them took a shot, a grin on both of their faces.
"this apartment would be much better with a dog."
"true but i wouldn't want to leave you with it all the time if i go for another tour."
"right, tour." she commented in a reply, a bit more of a strained smile that the boy caught but didn't say anything as they continued playing for about 30 minutes, knowing she would fast forward through most of it.
"okay everyone, that's the end of our video today- i hope you enjoyed! have a great day and/or night, doesn't matter where you are because you are amazing- love y'all!"
once the cameras were turned off, all daniel did was walk up to her and wrap his arms securely around her waist as she was luckily facing him.
"what's up?" she asked quickly, wondering why the boy was so up close to her.
"can i not kiss my girlfriend who nobody knows is mine?" he grinned, her rolling her eyes playfully before jumping up into his arms which he luckily caught her.
"i love how we literally didn't drink that much."
"we can pour the juice from the cups back into the bottle though."
"nope, we shall be putting all twenty shot cups of apple juice into the fridge."
"what happened to grocery shopping tomorrow?"
"we can do it once we finish all of the apple juice."
"alright babe. now can i kiss you?"
"i never said you couldn't."
their lips meshed together as if they were two pieces of chocolate that melted into one another to become one beautiful piece.
"did anyone tell you how much i liked you?"
"nope, i prefer only hearing it from you?"
"well i really really really really like you." she sang along to the carly rae jepsen song that most have either forgotten about or never heard it, leaning forward and kissing the boy once more.
a smile danced on their faces as they pulled away, both content with their lives as he set her down carefully onto the floor, kissing her cheek before going and began to put away all twenty of the apple juice cups that were left laying on the counter.
"i can put that away- you've had a long day."
"but i wanna-"
"help? go to bed, okay? i'll come in there to double check you're asleep in a bit."
"don't stay up till three in the morning- i know you have editing to do i just really want you to be happier and sleeping better."
"do i really look that much like a sleep deprived zombie when i wake up?"
"no- i'm just saying to take care of yourself, my love." he softly smiled, kissing the top of her head before going off to his bedroom, knowing that he also had to wake up early that next morning.
"baby! i can't sleep without you here!" sage heard daniel cry out for her only a few minutes later.
"such a cutie." she giggled to herself, luckily finished with the cups as she then entered his bedroom moments later. "hi bubba, what's up?"
"grab one of my hoodies and sleep with me." he mumbled tiredly, sage nodding as she quickly changed in the corner of his bedroom, knowing he would also enjoy seeing her do that yet not care all that much in his sleepy state.
"you're stunning." daniel commented once she came back to him, curling into his chest like she always has done.
