Kakashi (adult) : everyone meet the Sage Of The Six Paths.
There's a brief awkward silence for a while, till Minato expresses his surprise, "the sage... What?"
Kakashi (adult) : the sage of the six paths, sensei.
Obito (kid) : whose this old geezer?
Rin : I, I don't know. But he seems someone important.
Kakashi (kid) : I can't believe you two. He's the Father of all Ninjutsu. It's said that all the jutsu's we know today, came from the sage of the six paths himself.
Obito : Wow, seriously. That's so cool. You must be crazy strong then, right?
The SAGE : Oh you flatter me, kids. It is true that I'm the Sage Of The Six Paths, however I'm not the fore-father of Ninjutsu. What I taught and wanted to pass down was Ninshu - the shinobi creed. Don't get it mixed with the rather mundane Ninjutsu that you humans have come up with. You use Ninjutsu to wage wars and bring calamity, that wasn't what Ninshu was all about. With Ninshu, I had hoped to unite the world and help each other out. That was what Ninshu stood for.
Obito : great, old people never stop, once they begin rambling...
Kakashi (kid) : Obito, show some respect, idiot.
Obito (pouted) : yeah, yeah. You don't have to tell me twice.
Jiraiya : Ninshu and Ninjutsu. I see your point.
Minato : so, what brings you here, honored sage of the six paths.
The Sage : you don't have to address me like that. I do have a name, you know. I am HAGOROMO OTSUTSUKI. Pleasure to meet your acquaintances.
Jiraiya : oh no no, the pleasures all ours.
Obito looks upto Hagoromo and questions, "you have some weird eyes, gramps. What's with that?"
Kakashi (kid) face-palms, "idiot".
Hagoromo : it's the Rennigan.
Obito : rinne-what now?
Kakashi (adult) : The Rinnegan. It's said to hold the most noble of the three great visual jutsu.
Obito : what? Is it stronger than the Sharingan?
Kakashi (adult) : with the right person, yeah. The Rennigan is stronger.
Obito : Wow gramps. I didn't knew something like this existed.
Minato cuts in on the conversation. He clears his throat, "ahm...so what brings you here, honored Sage".
Hagoromo : I came here because of the recent events that have transpired here.
Hagoromo looks upto Kakashi and calls him out, "Kakashi, looks like your wits and guidance saved the world yet again. I'm eternally grateful. It truly was the work of a God".
Kakashi (adult) : oh no, I hardly did anything. It was all possible thanks to all of the people present here.
Hagoromo : and that's why i said that it truly was the work of a God. You did a fine job in leading everyone.
Hagoromo with a bright smile addresses everyone one by one, "Kakashi, Sai, Kankuro, Omoi, Orochimaru, Karin, Naruto, Killer Bee and Gaara... I thank you all for your hard work".
Kankuro : it feels weird getting praised by the Sage himself.
Omoi : you don't say.
Sai : yeah, it feels almost unreal.
