Aiden's POV
"HE WHAT?!?!?!" my family all said at once, the shower was on and the door was closed but I know she could hear us. Erin had tried the door shortly after we heard the water start.
"Damon rejected her. I don't know why, but I imagine it has something to do with the huge rock now on Melissa's finger. I didn't even know he was her mate, and now our baby sister is in there crying her eyes out and hurting."
"I'll KILL him, no one hurts my baby sister, EVER." said Erin
"Yeah, that dick will pay, she deserves better than him anyways, he isn't good enough for her, besides that, her scent changed. She must be pregnant." Minnie chimed in. She was the best friend my sister could have and I am so glad that they met.
Just then we hear Beth scream and I break open the door, she's curled up in the corner of her shower and I know immediately what is happening, Damon is sleeping with Melissa. It took everything C.j , Daniel, and Erin had to keep me from going to kill him. After about 30 minutes of agonizing pain for her, she finally stops and curls up into a ball, fast asleep. Danny and I stay with her through the night. Talking about ways we can help ease her pain.
None of us had found our mates yet, and we chose not to live in the pack house. We wanted to be close to our youngest sibling so we chose to stay home. Now that she was here though, we all decided we would move to the pack house. She needs us, to be surrounded with her family. No one should have to go through this in the first place, and she won't go through it alone.
"What if we bury him alive?" Erin says around a mouth full of ice cream. Her eyes are puffy and red as well, crying for our sister in pain.
"Not slow enough. We need something agonizing. Something painful. Something like...." I was cut off abruptly by C.J.
"A witch." He said slowly. "Or to feel the pain he caused her in return. I wonder if the Moon Goddess would deal justice in this case."
"Maybe he gets his junk cut off! Or it shrivels away into nothing!" Minnie says excitedly.
We mused into the late hours of morning about what could possibly happen to make the pain Beth feels worth it, but in the end nothing seemed like it was good enough of a punishment for a broken hearted she wolf on her birthday.
