Meeting Inmates

Kiji and I walked to our class. Usually people aren't or don't need to carry a backpack, but since I like to read and mine holds a few other items I have to carry a bag of some sort. My backpack was also upgraded and now has a strong zipper with a small lock on the zipper. I personally liked it much more. He was explaining what they were doing in class and a few of the inmates in the room I should be careful around. He said that I would be sitting in the front and he would be sitting behind me. I nodded as we reached the classroom door. He opened it and walked in me following behind him. The class quickly quieted down when we walked in. There wasn't many people in the class room, but if I'm honest I expected that. The teacher stood from his desk and walked over to us. After he spoke to Kiji quickly Kiji went to sit in his seat. The teacher stood beside me. "Everyone we have a new student, her name is Marzil, and I hope you will respect her." He said slightly sternly. I could tell most of them weren't listening and just staring at me.  "Marzil you can sit in the seat beside Upa." He nodded to the sort boy in the front. I nodded and said thank you to him before sitting down. I set my bag under my chair to help keep it from getting taken. "Okay everyone pull out your textbook and turn to page 368 chapter 11, section two.", the teacher said.

Everything was fine in my first class. Mostly quite till the end of class. Everyone was finished working and were talking to each other. I just sat reading my book. As I read I could hear the others around me talking about me and talking to Kiji asking questions. I didn't pay any attention to then and just kept reading. That is till I felt a soft tap on my shoulder. I looked up from my book at the boy or boys that got my attention. They smiled brightly at me as the background around them turned into a light to dark pink sparkling area. "Hello dear, my name is Trois...",the one with light green to yellow hair and glasses said, "And you can call me Honey.", the other one with purple to pink hair said, as he took my hand and kissed it. I felt slightly uncomfortable. "My name is Marzil." I carefully took my hand away trying not to be rude. They smiled more and whispered slightly to each other. I remember that they are some of the inmates Kiji told me to be careful around. I'm not sure why, they seem... nice? Honey bent down to more of my height before asking, "My dear my I ask what color is your panties today." As he said this he had a closed eye smiled. I stared at them unamused by this question. I turned back to my book choosing to ignore them now. Now I see why Kiji said to be careful about them. They are perverts... "Is everything okay?", I heard Trois ask. "I have lost interest in this conversation." Was all I said keeping my nose in my book. The next thing I heard slightly surprised me. I heard both of them yelp slightly and what sounded like Kiji yell at them. I look briefly to see Kiji standing over the two boys that were now rubbing their heads and sitting on the floor. They held their heads which I guessed Kiji had hit.

"Sorry about them.", I heard someone say from my left. I looked to see a boy with long black braided hair. "It's okay I guess."  I said simply. He nodded sitting in an empty chair beside my desk. "My name is Liang. You don't have to worry about me being like that. I respect women much more then those two..." he said while glaring at the men behind me. I nodded giving him a small smile. "You know I am curious about why you are here. The only women or female people I have heard about in this place are the Warden and the scientist that is married to Dr.Okina."  "That is kinda hard to explain... I'm not exactly supposed to tell anyone why I'm hear. Only the guards and the Warden are supposed to know." He nodded, "I can respect that. May I at least get to know you a little." I smiled and nodded, "I'm okay with that. Also you can call me Marzil." He smiled slightly. "You don't seem like the type of person to be an inmate.", a voice said from behind me. I looked to see the smaller boy. "Upa be more respectful.", Liang said to the boy. "What, I'm just saying that to me she doesn't seem like someone who could be an inmate.", He said blankly. I noticed only now that he was floating slightly off the ground. "Still that can be rude to say. Not to mention that kid that you went against didn't seem like he could be an inmate, but what happened? He beat you.", Liang said getting slightly annoyed with Upa. I looked at the time. Kiji and I were supposed to be leaving five minutes early so he could so me to where my next class was with Samon and Kenshirou. It was about seven minutes till the end of class, so I decided to put my book away and put on my backpack. I tapped Kiji's shoulder. "Yes-", he said in a loud voice but stopped for a second realizing it was me, "oh sorry Marzil dear. What is it?" "We have about a minute to leave I thought you might like a chance to calm down." I said simply. He glared at me. "There are times I wish I could hit you, but then I might get fired." I giggled slightly. "Wait why can't you hit her?!", Trois and Honey said while looking slightly pissed. Kiji just glared at them before grabbing a few books and pencils he had. We left the room with two confused inmates and two that were still arguing over how you should talk to a woman. "You almost let it slip didn't you?", I asked Kiji once we were a little ways from the room. He sighed, "Don't remind me. This is going to be an adjustment for everyone who knows about you." I giggled and a smile crept onto my face. "Okay we both know at somepoint that it is going to get out. How much do you want to bet that it is one of Hajime's and Lemur's arguments that let's it out?" He chuckled and smiled. "I feel like if I were to bet against that I would lose."

A/N: Okay this is probably a little late to say this, but when Marzil first was found all the guards were younger then their original age in the anime. They are only about four or five years older then their ages in the anime. Also most of the story from here on out will be in Marzil's POV unless said otherwise.
