After Papa set me down I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turn to see a man not much taller then me, with green eyes, and orange and green hair. He had a big smile on his face and his eyes looked slightly watery. "Hey Marzil, it's nice t have you back.", he said. "Ummm... sorry who are you?", I asked. The whole room was quite and his smiled dropped a little. "Your kidding right Marzil?", he asked. "I'm sorry, I really don't remember you.", I said and his smile completely dropped. Everyone there was quite for awhile, the man slowly left obviously hurt from what I said. I felt bad even if I didn't know who he was. Papa wrapped an arm around me. "You okay?" I nodded to his question. "Yeah I'm fine, but who was that?", I asked and another way of shock seemed to hit everyone. "You really don't remember him?", Kiji asked. "No, should I?" Many worried looks were exchanged. "Honey, lets go talk to one of the doctors.", Kiji and I left.

Samon's POV

I looked at the ground as I walked. I wasn't sure of where I was going, but there was one thing on my mind... She forgot me? This question keep popping up in my head. I was snapped out of my thoughts when I realized I had made my way back to my building. I decided to ignore what had happen as I know amnesia can wear off. It will probably wear off soon, there is no need to worry. I continued my day as normal and as I had expected the Warden sent out a message saying Marzil had amnesia and that if we noticed she forgot anything else to report it. I didn't see Marzil for the rest of the day and I tried not get to close to her as she thought I was a stranger. If only I knew that would make things worse.

-time skip three months-

Three months... three months and she still doesn't recognize me. I sat staring at my computer screen. I groaned in frustration. The kid had forgotten a few passwords, directions to places, and me. Though I was the only thing she didn't remember now. It frustrated me, to the point I thought I would be driven insane. The past month I had been working on trying to get her to remember even the others tried to help me. Nothing was working and now I was struggling to focus on my work. I sighed again and leaned back in my chair. "I can't think about this right now I need to do my work. I've basically exhausted my options anyway.", I spoke out loud to myself. Well I guess there is one left, but the kid might kill me if I did it especially since I would have to do it in front of others. I shook my head and went back to typing on my computer. It was two hours latter when I finish all the work I had on the computer. I decided to take some paperwork to the breakroom and have a popsicle to relax. A few others are in the breakroom and just seemed to be relaxing. I took a seat and started my work. "Has Marzil remembered you yet?", I very annoying voice said. I groaned and looked to see the cat. "No, I think everyone would know if she did.", I said and went back to looking at my paper work. "You know she probably won't remember you. Though I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't want to considering what has gone on. She probably thought you were weak at the festival.", Mao said. I so wanted to punch him. "I guess this also shows just how dumb she can be.", he continued and that hit something in me. I saw Kiji about to step in, but I beat him to it. I grabbed Mao by the collar of his uniform. "I think we all know that is you just speaking because you could never do what she can or be the person she is. She is the most intelligent person in this prison no matter what the subject or challenge is. You are just jealous of her and her abilities. The fact that she obviously hates you probably doesn't help your ego. She has exposed you multiple times for rumors and I would be surprised if she had more just to blackmail you. You have been happy this entire time, so I guess she doesn't remember it.", I said. No, one in the room spoke and Mao stared at me. I let him go and grabbed my things walking out.

-time skip to the next day-

I decided to try my last trick to get Marzil's memory back. I waited in her bedroom for her to show up with Kiji. I hope she will remember with this Hajime, the Warden, and Kiji are going to be witnesses for it. They waited quite off to the side while I sat on the bed, beside me was a pencil, a book, and a small weight. They were the same ones we used to practice her ability's at first. The book was the same one she floated the first time she used her power. I looked  up from the items to see Kiji and Marzil walk through the door they both looked confused, but Kiji said nothing and went over to the others. "Ummmm... what is going on?", Marzil asked looking at me and the others. "Marzil come and sit down.", I asked and she did as I asked. I took a breath and looked at her. "Marzil, do you remember anything about the items in front of you?", I asked. She looked down at them for a minute. Her focus seemed to stay longer on the book. "I know the book, but something else is tugging at me. Well in my mind it is.", she said. I nodded and handed her the pencil. "Do you remember when we were trying to get you to remember your passwords?", I asked and she nodded. "I want you to focus on the pencil, but think that it is floating." "I'm sorry what?", she looked at me if I was dumb. "Just trust me.", I said. She looked at the pencil in her hand and sighed. "Samon I know you want her to remember, but this is weird.", Hajime said. I shot him a glare and was about to say something when. The Warden spoke, "Samon I think this is a little unusual, she has no powers unli-" She stopped mid sentence and a look of shock came over her face. they others had the same look.
