George and Dream have decided to spend as much time together as possible for the last two days before break.

It's not like they won't be seeing each other at all during the break, it's that FaceTimes and phone calls won't be enough. They figure that it'll be nice to get in a few extra dates before leaving. Dream isn't completely sure whether he'll leave on Monday or Tuesday, but he's decided he'll spend Saturday out with Sapnap, then the rest of the day with George, and he'll spend Sunday packing and painting with George. It's their last painting before the exhibit during break—that is, in fact mandatory even though some students are going back home for break.

Dream isn't very excited to go home to his family. They have a complicated relationship—by complicated, he means that they despise him—and he's not close to anyone besides his little sister.

Saturday, Sapnap had ended up dragging Alex out, so now the three of them are all at a party that Dream did not intend to go to. They had spent the day shopping and going to random places around town, but Alex just insisted on going to a random frat party.

Dream realizes too late that he had forgotten to text George and tell him he can't hang out, or even tell him where he is. His phone is dead now, and when he's dragged into the party by his friends, Dream figures he can wait a little while to charge it.

He just hadn't expected to lose track of time so quickly.

The night had started out with a few drinks, the blonde not intending to get drunk or anything. Still, when offered shots and drinking games, who is he to decline?

Dream meets up with a group of his friends and ends up playing even more drinking games, eventually facing Sapnap in a chugging contest. He feels nice letting loose like this and simply having fun with both his friends and perfect strangers.

Well, he's having fun until he comes across Liv, someone he hasn't seen in a long time, besides brief glances at during art class, but really he keeps his eyes averted at all times.

"Heyyy Dreamie," Liv smiles drunkenly and walks too close to Dream. "It's been a while since we've talked."

Though, by 'talked' Dream knows she means something else, he doesn't mention it, only glaring at her. "What do you want?"

"I just wanted to grab a drink with you. Come on!" She says happily, grabbing Dream by the hand and leading him to a cooler. She grabs a can and hands it to him, which the blonde takes. "So, how have you been?"

"Good," Dream says, not elaborating or giving her anything to work with. Really, he doesn't know why he's still standing here, he's just bored with nothing else to do at this point. Besides, a drink's a drink, and at least he has someone to talk to.

"That's good," she says, clearly not knowing what else to talk about. Instead, she runs a finger along Dream's arm and smiles at him. "I've missed you. I haven't seen you much at parties."

"Maybe I don't want to see you," Dream says, shrugging her hand away. She pouts at this. "Also don't you like hate me or something?"

"Oh you know that's not true, that's not what you were saying that night we spent together," Liv says with a subtle wink. Dream wants to throw up just looking at it. "Also, I don't hate you anymore."

"I have a boyfriend now, and I love him, so why are you still talking to me?" Dream says, an unamused look on his face.

"When has that ever stopped you? I didn't think you were the type of person that cared about staying loyal," she giggles, grabbing onto Dream's bicep with minimal force. He just glares at her again.
