Kissing In The Rain

Remus gasped and Janus could practically hear the chaotic grin spreading across his face.

"Jan! Jan, Jan, Jan, Jan, Jan!" Remus said excitedly, shaking his husband's arm.

"Yeah, I'm here, Rem." Janus said. "What?"

"Look!" Remus grabbed Janus' face and made him look out of the window.

"It's raining." Janus said. Remus let go of Janus' face and nodded excitedly. "And?"

Remus' grin fell as he glared at Janus. He grabbed Janus' hand and pulled him up off the couch.

"Rem, where are we going?" Janus asked, getting no reply as he was pulled out of the room. "Rem, if we're going outside I swear-"

"Yep!" Remus said excitedly. He unlocked the door and pulled Janus out into the downpour.

"Rem, why are we outside?!" Janus asked, his fringe already starting to stick to his forehead.

Remus laughed and spun around in the rain, his arms stretched out and his face turned up to the sky. "Because rain!" He said excitedly.

"Remus, everyone is going to think we're insane." Janus said, pinching the bridge of his nose and closing his eyes.

"If they don't think that already." Remus said.

"Yeah." Janus agreed, laughing. Remus laughed. "What?" Janus asked.

Remus cupped Janus' face and kissed him. Janus laughed into the kiss, wrapping his arms around Remus and pulling him closer. He felt Remus grin into the kiss and grinned back. Remus kissed him again, one hand travelling down to the back of Janus' neck. Janus smiled and pulled back, leaning his forehead against Remus'.

"If I hadn't already married you, I'd propose right now." Remus said. Janus threw his head back and laughed, rain falling in his face.

Janus pulled Remus' face to his and kissed him again. He pulled back and giggled at Remus' flushed face.

"You're insane, Rem." He said fondly.

"You married it, Jan. You married it." Remus said. Janus laughed and kissed Remus' gently again.

"I never said it was a problem that you're completely insane." Janus said. "Come on. If we stay out here for much longer, we'll die of cold."

Remus groaned but didn't complain.
