[TW// Gun]

"Do you want to continue it tomorrow, Hosono-san?". "How about Monday? I have to go tomorrow." Haru answered and both young men ended their session. Haruomi Hosono and Takashi Matsumoto are friends and bandmates, their band's name is "Apryl Fool's" and Haru as the guitarist while Takashi is the drummer along with other friends in college.

Though the members aren't from the same major, all of them have the same interest and that is music. Apryl Fool's was formed to express the members' hobby and they do gigs in campus. Haru and Takashi then went to their dorm. "(y/n)? What are you doing here?" Haru was surprised to see you at his door. "Have you been waiting long?". "No, I just got here." You answered.

You and Haru have been dating for a month. You first met him in one of their gigs and you asked if he can teach you how to play guitar. It first started from that but it progressed until Haru asked you out. "What are you doing here?" asked Takashi. "I just finished categorizing the things for Haru-san tomorrow." You answered Takashi's question and gave the list to Haru. "Thank you." He smiled and you asked if Haru will be out for the entire day tomorrow.

"I might be... but I'll make sure to be back as soon as possible.". "Alright. Have a nice trip tomorrow!" you gave Haru a peck on his cheek and left while the boys went inside. Haru left early the next morning to the station, leaving Takashi alone in the dorm. He just finished changing after breakfast and boredom quickly hit him. He thought the same to you so he decided to go to your place.

Takashi arrived at your dorm and knocked. "Coming!" you opened the door and you were surprised to see Takashi. "Matsu? What are you doing here?". "I got bored so I came here. I thought you might be bored too." He flatly answered. You giggled and told him that you're not that bored but since he's already here, better not let his visit to waste.

"Do you want to hang out? As friends." He offered and you accepted. Nothing will go wrong, won't it? You grabbed your stuff and asked if you two can go to the movies first. "There's a movie I've been looking forward to.". "Sure. Let's stop by at the dorm first. I need to fetch mine too." You nodded and both of you went to Takashi's dorm then on your way to the cinemas. The movie you two watched was an English horror movie and Takashi seemed to didn't mind it.

Takashi knows you're dating his best friend but sometimes he thinks if he likes you too while you see him as a good friend. The movie ended and it wasn't that scary then the two of you went to have lunch. You two got to know each other and you found him as fun as Haru though he's a bit quieter. "Do you want to go to the carnival? It's still open..." Takashi asked. "Sure. It's a nice place to relax." You two finished your lunches and went to the carnival.

The two of you only played in the arcade and ended the day riding the ferris-wheel. "Thanks for today, Matsu. It was surprisingly fun." You happily smiled. "I'm glad you enjoyed it." he gladly answered. He looked at you while you were watching the view then suddenly you felt his hand on your cheek, guiding you to face him and his lips pressed against yours. He broke away and you finally saw an emotion on his face. Guilt was written all over. The ride stopped and the two of you quickly left separately.

(The next morning...)

'All of this is just a misunderstanding.' You picked up your pace on your way to the boys' dorm. "It was an accident. I swear!". "How could it be an accident!" somehow Haru knew what happened yesterday. Takashi tried to explain but for Haru it was more of an attempt to betray him. "Can we talk about yesterday, Matsu—!" you opened the door and Haru was pointing a revolver on Takashi's face. "H-Haru-san." You were in disbelieve and neither you or Takashi knew how Haru had that revolver.

"Please put the gun down. This is just a big misunderstanding." You tried to save the situation and Haru shouted, "Tell me that it's true. Tell me!" his voice was between angry and betrayed. "I... it's true. But I'm sure that Matsu didn't mean it!". "How can I believe that!" Haru pulled the safety and cocked the barrel to Takashi's forehead. "I saw it myself!" you shouted back in hopes that he won't pull the trigger.

"I saw the guilt and I knew that he made a mistake. I came here to talk it out." You explained. Filled with anger, Haru was ready to pull the trigger. Instead of a bang, he dropped the gun and fell to his knees after he saw Takashi's face. "Are you alright?" you worriedly asked. Haru then broke down, saying that he saw himself when he saw his friend's face as if he was in this situation before.

You and Takashi helped Haru stood up and to the couch. "What did you mean you saw yourself?" Takashi asked and you gave Haru a glass of water and some tissues. He calmed down and started explaining. He didn't remember how or when but he definitely remembered the fear he felt and now he knows how it looked like.

"I'm so sorry. Both of you." Haru apologized and so did Takashi. "She was right. I shouldn't have done that.". "I believe you." Haru showed a small smile. You were glad that everything is fine. "Do you want me to get rid of the gun?". "No, I'll threw it away myself."
