It was Saturday morning l had planned on spending the day in bed

You called and cancelled. Before I could answer her question l jumped out of bed and rushed to the bathroom and empty all the contains of my breakfast, I flushed the toilet
Brushed my teeth. I feel so sick
I came back into the bedroom and got back in the bed, l couldn't even look at the food without feeling queasy
Baby how about l make you some tea to settle your stomach she says to me
That would be great l replied
She removed the tray and took it downstairs. This is getting harder to keep anything down, l barely have any energy these days cause l'm always exhausted. Stef comes back
