Lena was sitting at the table in the restaurant looking through the menu
Trying to decide what she wanted to order. Lena was thinking when she was gonna tell her wife the baby news. Lena wanted to get home and rest, she was just exhausted
It didn't seem to be the appropriate time, Stef was drinking her ice tea
Lena wasn't all that hungry. But she knew how much Stef got on her about skipping meals. Lena felt her stomach begin to turn, it was the smell that was making her sick to her tummy
Stef looks up from her menu and sees the look on Lena's face. Love what's the matter, Stef asks. The smell is making me nauseated, Lena said
Their waitress came over to their table and took there orders. Stef ordered a ham burger with lettuce tomatoes and pickles and a side of fries. Lena went with something lite
Lena the vegetable soup and crackers and some ginger tea, Stef hands the menus the young woman. Lena reached in her bag , for her anti-nausea medicine. They're dissolveable tablets that melt in your mouth, Lena pop the pill in her mouth

Lena replies, Lena wanted to hurry up to change the subject. Lena was going to wait till they get home to tell her wife the big surprise, so how was the conference. Stef inquires
