Stef's: POV
I'm on my way back to the hospital
I went to get Lena and I some something to eat, when I left a few hours ago. She was sleeping
Hopefully when I return Lena should be awake, l drove into the parking lot of the entrance. I got Lena's favorite pizza and salad, it took longer than expected. And grabbed everything and headed inside, where l had to check in at visitor station to tell them who l was here to see. They gave me a name tag to put on, Dana and Stuart
Are at our house resting after their drive up they were exhausted. They only seen the babies for a brief second. When they were being wheeled back down the nursery
Stef stepped off the elevator and headed to Lena's room, passed the nurses desk. Stef greeted them
She knocked on the door to Lena's hospital, Stef didn't get a response back. She went inside, and seen
Lena's bed empty. Stef sat the bag
Box of pizza along with the roses she got for Lena, Stef's heart was racing
Where could Lena be, so many thoughts consume her mind
As Stef was about to walk back the door. That's when she heard the shower running, Stef let out a deep breath. Stef didn't know what she'll do if something ever happened to Lena
Stef can't let her mind go there
She went to go sit down on the couch
And put her head in her hands,
in the past Stef Struggle with panic attacks, and it seemed to be now
She was feeling one come on
No no not now she tells herself
Stef takes some deep breaths in through her nose and out through her mouth. She felt her breathing begin to return to normal rhythm, Stef smelled
Lena scented perfume. Stef lifted up her head, and saw sight of Lena
Lena was in freshly cleaned clothes
Baby are you okay. Lena asks Stef
Love l'm fine, Stef replied. No your not, l know when something's wrong
My wife. Lena replies, when I came back and I got worried Stef states
Aww honey l'm okay. I just went to take a shower, because I felt griming
Lena says to Stef. I brought your some food and got your parents settled at the house, Stef Stated. Lena went to get back in bed. Where's the plates
Lena asks, Shit l forget Stef said
Lena rolled her eyes. Lena hated when Stef swore, Stef got up and went to the nurses station to see if they had some extra plates. The handed Stef a few plates and forks, She walked back down to Lena's room. And went in
Lena was watching something on her note pad, Stef moved the tray closer to Lena's bed. Lena looked up, and saw
Stef was back, Lena turned off her device. And took slices of pizza out the box, and on to her plate
Then Lena scooped up a fork full of salad and begin to dig into her meal
Lena didn't realize how hungry she was. Stef was already eating.
