10 | Oblivious

I was sitting in my study wondering what to do. I decided to work on some documents for work that I need to finish.
I tried to work but my mind kept going back to Maya. The dress she was wearing was no doubt catching many eyes. The thought of another man touching her was making me furious.

I was interrupted from my thoughts when my phone started ringing. Sophie's name displayed on the screen and I answered immediately. "What is it?" I asked. "We need you." "What happened? Where's Maya?" "She's fine, I'll explain everything later just get here." I didn't bother asking anymore questions. I took my gun from my desk and went to get Jax and Liam to come with me.

I got out of Liam's car at a club called BamBoobs. I walked in, not paying a entry fee. We found Sophie and Elena sitting in a booth. "What happened?" I asked. "A guy came to us and started flirting with Maya. He seemed fine at first. He took Maya out to the dance floor but she came back saying he tried to touch her and that he knew her real name when she told him a fake name." Sophie said while Liam massaged her shoulders behind her.

I wanted to smash his head. I gripped my gun in my pocket but Jax stopped me. "Don't. Go find Maya, we'll take care of it." Jax said. "She's waiting in the car." Elena added. "Okay. Take care of the guy, I don't care how just do it." I said and left the club.

I got into the driver seat of my car, seeing Maya sitting in the passenger seat. "What are you doing here?" She asked. I looked over to see her makeup running down her cheek. I went to touch her cheek but she moved away. I moved back into my seat and stared into the street in front of us.

"Maya talk to me." I said to her. She didn't budge. Her eyes stared out the passenger window. I started the car and went back to my house, a slow silent ride home.

I parked my car in the garage. Maya got out of the car quicker than me and went inside before me. When I walked in, I saw Lauren sitting on the couch.

"Noah, you're back." She said in a fake voice. I heard Maya huff under her breath. "I'm leaving." Maya said, going back to the garage. "No you're not. Stay." I grabbed her wrist and pulled her back towards me.

"Lauren what are you doing here?" I asked. "Well I figured you might need some help with somethings." "I'm fine, you can go." I said as I wrapped my arm around Maya's shoulders. "Are you sure?" I groaned at my impatience running thin with Lauren. "Lauren, what we did won't happen again so please go." I said as I pointed to the front door.

She walked out and I let out a large breath that I didn't realize I was holding. "She obviously was here for a reason. Might as well get use of it." Maya said.

I grabbed Maya by her throat and brought her closer to my face. "I did all of that in front of you and you still think I want her?" I said to Maya. Her eyes scanned my facial features. "I don't know." Maya muttered. "You're frustrating sometimes." I said. It's entertaining how oblivious she is about the way I feel towards her. I released my grip on her throat.

Maya ran to the nearest bathroom and threw up all the alcohol she drank. "Don't look at me!" She cried out. I groaned to myself as I went to pick her hair up into a ponytail. "You're gonna need to shower." I mentioned. She slowly nodded against the toilet.

I went to the Landry room and opened the cabinet to grab a towel for her. When I returned, she was laying on the floor with her dress off her toned body. The black lace bra and panties she's wearing is making all my self control go away and move down to my dick.

"Perv." She whispered at me. She giggled on the floor as she tried to lift herself up. I kneeled in front of her and helped her up. My hand wrapped behind her and pushed her up, feeling the soft skin of her body.

"Are you gonna clean me?" She seductively asked me. "Maya you're drunk." "Why be a good boy now?" She whined. Trust me love, I don't want to be.

"Kiss me." She whispered. "Maya stop it, you're drunk." She didn't listen to me. Her hands ran down my chest, making me shiver under her touch. "Maya, if you don't stop I won't be able to."
"Then don't."

I lifted her to sit on the sink. I stood between her legs and attacked her neck. Her skin tasted better than I've imagined. The sweet taste was calling me and I wanted to tug on all of her. Her small moans leaving her mouth was only making my last brain cell turn to mush. I was begging on my knees for her at this point.
But it's wrong. She's drunk. This shouldn't be how things go for us. I'm not the type to take advantage of a intoxicated person.
I moved away from Maya. "What?" "You need to clean yourself up. Yourself Maya, not me." With that being said, I left the bathroom.

I waited outside the bathroom for her to finish her shower. I heard the front door open, seeing Sophie, Liam, Elena, and Jax enter. "So?" Liam and Jax exchanged looks from my question.

"He was assigned to kill Maya. We don't know who but we found he had poison and a knife ready in his pocket. He was planning on getting her alone but she of course ran off." Jax said. I clenched my fists. "Alright, go on to bed." I told them. Liam and Sophie went to their shared bedroom while Jax and Elena went to theirs.

The bathroom door open revealing Maya in a white towel and water droplets running down her tan skin. Fuck. I went to help her stand but she pushed me off and went upstairs alone, nearly tripping on every step.

I followed her into her bedroom and closed the door behind us. She didn't bother thinking when she dropped her towel in front of me. Her back and her plump ass faced me. My pants suddenly felt tighter.

She put on matching pajamas and went to lay in bed. "Why don't you want me?" She asked me. "What?" "You didn't kiss me like I asked. You can fuck Lauren but not me?" Love you don't know how much I am craving to fuck you.

"It's wrong Maya, you're drunk." I ran my finger on her cheek down to her waist. She hummed at my touch. She soon fell asleep, leaving me alone with my thoughts.
