13 | A different side of him

-Maya-

I woke up to the sound of a door closing behind me. I opened my eyes to a unfamiliar room. The grey silk sheets clung to my body. I looked around seeing black and white furniture around the room, while clothes were scattered around.

A door behind me opened, revealing a shirtless Noah Slade to me. Shit. "Good morning." He said as he walked towards the bed. "Morning." I said. I backed up into the headboard. He leaned down and crawled towards me. My eyes widened as he got closer. His hand went to the comforter above me, slowly pulling it down to reveal my naked skin.

"Noah what the fuck!" I yelled out. "What? It's nothing I haven't seen before." He said with a small smirk on his face. It finally hit me of what happened last night, mostly because I had hickeys all over me. I didn't know whether to feel guilty or good about last night.

In the middle of my thoughts, Noah cut me off. "Get ready." He said, placing a kiss on my forehead then getting off the bed. "Ready for what?" "It's a surprise but wear a swimsuit and there's something waiting for you on the dresser." He said, pointing to his white glass mirror dresser.

When Noah left the room, I walked to Noah's dresser. I stared at a leather jacket that looked like the same one Noah would wear in the past. I grabbed the jacket and went back to my room to put on a swimsuit under my jeans. I zip the jacket up and stare at myself in the long mirror in my room.

I don't who the girl is in that mirror, but is it wrong to say I'm slowly starting to like who she is?

I took my purse with me and walked out only to see Noah standing in front of my door. "Ready?" He asked me, and I nodded. He took my hand and interlocked it with his as we went downstairs. Sophie, Liam, Elena, and Jax all stood in the kitchen. "I'm excited!" Sophie said to Elena. "Excited for what?" I asked. Everyone went silent.

"It's a surprise, remember?" Noah said to me. We all went into the garage. Sophie and Elena grab me and tug me away from Noah. "You have a swimsuit right?" Sophie asked me and I nodded. She clapped her hands.

Just then, I heard loud engines roaring behind me. I turn to see Jax, Liam, and Noah on motorcycles. "No." I said to Noah. "Yes." He said back. "I'm not getting on that thing." "Please!" Sophie whined behind me. "He's going to kill me." I said to Sophie. Noah drove his motorcycle towards us 3. "I promise we'll be okay." He said as he took my hand. For some reason, I gave in the second his hand touched mine.

Sophie got on Liam's bike while Elena went with Jax. I put my helmet on as I sat behind Noah. "Please be careful." I said to Noah. "Where's the fun in that?" He jokingly said. I hit his shoulder but I wrapped my arms around his waist when he roared his engine.

Noah drove out of the garage, Liam and Jax following him. "Hang on!" He called out. "Noah I swear if you do something stupid!-" I was cut off when Noah zoomed out of his mansion.

My eyes shut as I felt my body vibrate against Noah as he went at a high speed down the road. I tightened my arms around Noah's waist as he never stopped or slowed down.

I finally gained the courage to open my eyes. Watching us pass the tress and everything moving fast was scary but exciting. I looked back to see Liam and Sophie behind us, while Sophie had her hands up. I laughed to myself as I turned back to look forward.

We reached a red light in the road as he stopped. Noah took his hand and placed it over mine that was on his chest. "You okay?" I nodded my head rapidly. The light turned green as he removed his hand from mine.

After a while we stopped at a unknown place. "Where are we?" I asked as I took of my helmet. Noah stood in front of me and took his helmet off. His fingers took the zipper of my jacket and brought it down, revealing the top of my swimsuit. "Shit." He muttered. I chuckled as I took his hand and unzipped my jacket fully.

Sophie came and hit my back, making me fall towards Noah. "Sophie what the hell!" I yelled out. "Come on!" She said as she ran into the forest.

Noah's hand moved up my waist. "Stop." I said into his chest. "We're in public." I said as I pushed myself off Noah and took off my jacket. Noah took off his jacket and shirt to show off his tattoos on his muscular arms and abs chest. "You coming?" Elena called out for me and Noah. "Coming!" I yelled out.

Just as Noah put his jacket on the motorcycle, his phone fell out of the pocket. When I picked it up, I saw a message displayed on the screen.

'Can I come over?' Lauren texted Noah. I didn't know if I should tell Noah of not. He was busy talking to Liam and Jax so I took it into my own hands.
'No. I'm with' I paused for what to say.

'No. I'm with my girlfriend. Stop texting me.'

I sent the message with no hesitation. "Ready?" Noah came up to me. I nodded and put his phone back in his jacket. We walked together towards a lake.

I took off my jeans to show my 2 piece swimsuit. "I shouldn't have invited them if I knew you were gonna wear this." Noah whispered behind me as he put his hands on my chest. I pushed his hands off me. "I'm going for a swim." I walked past him to where Sophie and Elena were standing.

"Maya! Come jump in with us!" She called out. I climbed up the rock and stared down at the lake below us. We interlocked our hands and ran together, jumping off into the water.

When we got back up from the water, I laughed along with Sophie and Elena. "That was the most fun I've had." I said to them. "You've never done this with your friends?" I shook my head. "They're some bitches." Elena added on.

"So, Noah?" Elena asked me. "What about him?" I said. "What's going on between both of you?" Sophie asked. "Honestly, I don't know." I said as I stared down in the water. "Do you want my opinion?" Elena asked, and I nodded.

"I've never seen Noah look at anyone the way he looks at you." I took what Elena said to heart. I look over to see Noah, Liam and Jax talking, but Noah's eyes were locked on me.

I was scared to see what the world would do if I fall for Noah Slade. But the more scary part is that I'm already falling.
But today was a example of the Noah nobody really knows about. A different side of him that nobody knows. A side of him that I want to keep for myself.
