Where at the hospital Lena water bag broke in the middle of the night
She requested a epidural for pain
When we arrive at woman's medical center. She was dilated six cemeteries
They have her hook up to all these machines, she seems so calm and collected. I believe it's due to the drugs they have her on, l'm pacing back and forth. Baby can come over here and sit by me. She said to me
I walk over to her and sat down beside her, the bed was big enough for too people. We haven't called our mothers yet, we decided to wait until Kennedy Elizabeth Marie Adams Foster. We talked about our first vacation to Naples, she's playing in my hair. Something l always found soothing, I close my eyes as she continues reminiscing of the places we've traveled through all our relationships. We have been to several different countries. Stef asks, nothing l'm just so happy
Our little girl is about to come into the world soon Lena said. Lena l need to scoot down to the middle of the bed
The woman says to Lena, Lena moves herself down where she needs to be
The nurse is getting everything ready
Lena when you feel the next contraction you can start pushing
Ok Lena. Lena begins to feel pain
I see the head your daughters head
Take a break for a minute, l wipe the sweat off her forehead with a cloth
Where almost there babe Stef spoke
I can't do this it's to hard Lena whines
Babe yes you can your half way there
I guess I can give it one more try Lena pushes with all her might. Then we hear cries through out the room, Stef do you want to cut the umbilical cord
Stef cuts cord with the medical scissors the doctor gives Stef, Lena's heart is full with love. As she sees her baby for the first time, the nurse takes Kennedy to make sure everything's okay. Now has to delivery the after birth, with another push. Lena lays her head back against the pillow
The doctor finishes cleaning Lena up
After the nurse finished examing the baby, she hands me Kennedy. She has a head full of curly hair like Lena
But it's a different color, she has my hazel green eyes. I sit down next to Lena's bed, Lena dozes off to sleep
