When I came in she was in bed watching TV, and eating midnight snack. I got up early so I could get dinner prepared, l have in the oven
Oven roasted chicken breast with roasted potatoes mixed with garlic and herb. and broccoli, l told everyone to be over at 5:00 pm sharp
Knowing my mom will be over here at 3:00 this afternoon. Lena needs to wake up so I could give her insulin shot, l made her a healthy breakfast
I get up from the table and go to the refrigerator and take out her medicine, the needles are upstairs in the cabinet in the bathroom. We keep them locked up, for safety precautions. I made Lena's plate and put on the severing tray, l put a red rose on the side. And headed up the steps, when I get there Lena's side of the bed is empty, l sat the tray down on the table in our room. Then I hear the shower running, l open the sliding glass door to let some air in. Cause Lena is always complaining it's hot
We finally came up with a name for the baby, Kennedy Elizabeth Adams Foster. I ordered all the furniture for the nursery, l hired someone to paint the nursery. Lena doesn't know it yet
I wanted it to be a surprise, cause I know she's been feeling down lately
Lena comes out of the bathroom wrapped up in a towel. Her hair dripping wet, morning baby l said to Lena. Good morning love, Lena says to me, you know l have to give you your insulin shot. Stef said to Lena
Lena rolled her eyes, Stef heads to the bathroom. Lena dried off and lotion up her arms and legs, she put on her bra and panties. Stef came back out with Lena's medicine, in her hand
The sooner we get this done. You can eat the breakfast l prepared for you
Stef tells Lena, can we hurry up and get this over with. Cause me and Kennedy are hungry, Lena replies to Stef's statement. Stef rubbed alcohol
On Lena's thigh, and stuck the needle
in the upper part of Lena's thigh
Once she was done. She kissed Lena's thigh, Stef went back in the bathroom to wash her hands, and disposed the needle in the implement container
Stef comes out the bathroom and sees Lena eating her food. Lena was dressed in her black and white Bohemian dress. Mmm babe these glutton free blue berry pancakes,
Are delicious, Lena said well love
I'm glad you like them. I'll make them more often since you loved the pancakes so much, Stef replies
You don't have to worry about cooking dinner this evening cause I got everything covered. I just want to relax and stay off your feet please
