Lena always knew working as a teacher for ten plus years. It was very rewarding. Where she could teach young minds a different way of learning, she handle herself with dignity and class,
Lena was always a private person. She took no mess from anyone.who stood in her way,
The school where Lena taught at
Was a private school, Lena notice their curriculum was all wrong
The children's test scores were extremely. These people were so disorganized, I'm surprised the parents haven't pulled them out already. Lena had administrator experience under her belt as well
Lena knew not to get involved with the policies and procedures of the school. Lena did her part teaching letting each child know learning can be fun. Lena came up with a way these kids could passed the statewide test, but Lena needed to do some research first, to jumping in. Lena wanted these children to succeed and reach their full potential. But the school was passing each child, the system is allowing them to pass, the other teachers felt the same way. So they decided to meet with the board of directors of school to discuss their some concerns, Lena sat in on the meeting and observe each board
She knows what they were saying was total bull shit. The money they were receiving from the parents for their children to get a proper education. Wasn't being used correctly, Lena shook her head. These people didn't care about the kids, it was always about the money, l didn't want to quit my job. Without having a plan, seven teachers resigned already. I didn't want to give up on the children, they deserve a chance. I been working at this school two months. The pay is good, the principal is a narcissist
I started putting in job. applications for other schools cause it's a possibility they may shut down the school, permanently. Because somebody's been embezzling money from the school. This came down from superintendent of the schools, who could do such a thing. There's a full investigation open.
I'm not sure if I can work under these conditions, don't get me wrong. I love my job, l just don't agree with some of  the of the things. They doing under cover
I over heard the principal talking
About there was some money missing. And the school is losing funds, cause parents are taking their children out of this school
The more students that leave,
I think their going to have to closed the school down.
I wish that there was a way to keep the doors open, the school is already under investigation as it is. The board has to take a vote
We won't know what the decision
