When I pulled up in the driveway
Where l see Lena's car parked at
I begin unloading the groceries from the trunk. I carried a few bags in the house, where l saw Lena stretch out across the couch sleeping with a blanket covering over her, l took the bags in the kitchen. Then went back outside to get the rest of the stuff,
I close my trunk down.
And went back in the house
to start putting the food away,
I didn't want to wake Lena up
I took something out for us to eat for dinner, l decided to make grilled chicken salad. I need to give Lena insulin shot when she wakes up, that's the only thing that scares me. Lena's diabetes
We have to watch what we eat now. Lena isn't allowed anything with carbs in it, Lena is starting to show a little bit. Her small baby bump, Lena signed us up for birthing classes. The class supposed to teach us how to care for a newborn, Lena's been reading books on pregnancy

She goes to see the obstetrician in two weeks.
Lena's: POV
When I woke up from my nap
I see Stef in the kitchen cooking dinner. I get off the couch to go and use the bathroom, then l come back downstairs to see her setting the table. Hey baby l say to her, and give Stef a kiss on the lips. She says we can play later
After we eat, Stef tells me about her day. I already told Stef what was going on at my job, she doesn't want me stressing
