Luca's POV

"Hey Luca!" My best friend, Giulia said. I was gathering my things for my next class which is science.

"Hey Giulia!" I greeted as I shut my locker. She looked behind me and quickly looked back at me with a smirk on her face.

"Here comes you know who!" She said as she nudged my arm. I looked over to see Alberto Scorfano. The most popular boy in our grade.

He's dreamy really. I may or may not have a small tiny crush on him.. okay, maybe I have a HUGE crush on the guy, but I know we would never happen! For one, he's popular and I'm just a nerd. He would never even glance at my direction. Two, I'm pretty sure he's not gay or even bi. Third, he has a girlfriend.

The sound of his laughter pulled me out of my thoughts as I watched him walk by with his arm around his girlfriend. What caught me off guard is how he looked back.. at me! When our eyes connected he gave me a small smile before quickly looking away.

Giulia gasped.

"I saw the look he gave you! He gave you the look! If you know what I mean." She said as she wiggled her eyebrows at me. I rolled my eyes.

"As if. He probably doesn't even swing that way and even if he did he does have a girlfriend still." I said. She shrugged her shoulders.

"For one, we don't know his sexuality as he never confirmed with anyone and two, that's never stopped someone before." She said.

"That's why relationships never last." I said. Before she could say anything the bell rung indicating class was about to start.

"Whatever. I'll see you later, Luca!" She said as she walked off waving.

"See ya, Giulia!" I said as I waved at her before heading off to class.

I walked into science class and went straight to the back where I usually seat myself. There were tables in here with two chairs for a partner, but.. nobody ever sits with me. Not that it's a bad thing! Besides, I'm awkward and as the nerd people only use me to get a good grade half the time. Anyways, this is my favorite class for two reasons. The first one is that I actually enjoy science and because Alberto is also in here.

The bell rung once again indicating that class is starting. Everyone rushed to their seats and I noticed Alberto hasn't arrived yet. That's usually normal for him as he seems to always be late. The teacher walked into the room closing the door behind him as he walked to his desk to take attendance.

"Looks like everyone is here except Alberto! He's late again I'm assuming." The teacher said as he started to write a detention slip for him.

"Sorry I'm late!" Alberto said as he rushed through the door.

"Alberto! This is the fourth time you've been late to my class this week." The teacher said.

"I know and I'm sorry! I promise though, I'll start trying to be on time for now on." He said.

"I've heard that before." The teacher said. Alberto sighed.

"You know, you're failing my class Scorfano. If you get your grade up to a passing grade I'll let you out of detention time to make up for all the times you were late. You'll need someone to help you though." The teacher said.

"Like a tutor?" Alberto asked.

"Exactly! I know the perfect person too." The teacher said as he looked out at me. I nervously gulped.

"Luca! You'll be helping Alberto with my class until his grade is passing. I'll make sure to give you extra credit for helping out another student. Sound good?" The teacher said. I nod my head.

"Now Alberto, it should only take you a month to get caught up. If you're still failing my class it's detention time. Understood?" The teacher said. Alberto nod his head.

"Yes, sir! Thank you." He said.

"Yeah, yeah. Go take a seat now." The teacher said. My body begin to get tense as Alberto made his way back to me and sat down next to me.

The teacher started his class and all we did was take notes. After we were done we all had some free time.

"Hey, thanks for wanting to help me in this class. Here's my number. Would it be cool if you came over to my place after school for the next few weeks? My parents work late all the time so." He said as he handed me a piece of paper with his number on it.

"Uh, y- yeah. That would be perfect actually considering my household is a bit.. distracting." I said as I chuckled.

"Great! Just meet me out front after school. My house is walking distance." He said. I nod my head as the bell rung indicating class was now over.

"I'll see you later, Luca." He said as he got up and walked away.

The next few weeks I went over to Alberto's house every single day after school. Then when I wasn't at his place we were always texting each other. We started to open up to one another and started getting comfortable around each other. I told Giulia which she obviously geeked out to.

It was near the end of the month though and today was the last day I'll be tutoring him. I noticed he didn't wait to walk with me to his house, but he texted me he was in a hurry. He didn't tell me why, but I didn't push on it as I walked over to his place and knocked on the front door.

The door opened as a hand reached out, grabbing the collar of my shirt, and pulling me inside. The door shut behind me as I was pinned against it. I looked over to see Alberto looking down while both of his hands were on each side of my head and his knee in between my thighs. I could feel my face quickly heat up.

"A- Alberto?" I said a bit confused.

"Luca, could I try something?" Alberto asked as he looked me in the eye. I didn't say anything as I slowly nod my head. The next second I felt his lips on mine making my eyes widened in shock.

He quickly pulled away as he looked back at me.

"Uh-"

"Sorry! I knew that wasn't such a good idea.." He said as he turned away from me.

"I- It's fine! It's just.. you're not using me as an experiment.. are you? I mean, don't you have a girlfriend?" I asked.

"I don't have a girlfriend anymore. I ended things with her about two weeks ago. She understood though and I would never use you as an experiment, Luca. I've been wanting to do that forever now.." He said. I smiled. I couldn't believe it! My crush actually likes me back!

"I understand if you don't-" I cut him off as I smashed my lips on his. This time it was a more passionate kiss and if we didn't need air we wouldn't have pulled away.

"I've been wanting to do that forever too." I whispered. He smiled as he cupped my face before kissing my lips again.

"Let's go to the bedroom. By the way, nice cherry chapstick." He whispered in my ear before grabbing my hand and leading me.

Let's say I was a blushing mess.
