George POV

It's been three whole days now, including weekend and my worst injury was a scratch because I hit my knee on the table. I didn't know if it was just a break or maybe completely the end of the bullying. It was Monday, I had packed my things and walked to school feeling good and hoping for this time to hold longer where I can live in peace. I arrived in the classroom and sat down, shortly thereafter the teacher came in.

I expected a normal lesson, but then I felt sick when he said "This week we will try something different. We will mix our classes."
I'm sure I went totally white and lifeless. Fuck.
"In your grade level all the classes will be mixed for one week. It's a little test for school", he continued, "Today we'll decide the division. I'll give you a random note with a letter from a-d. The letter you have drawn, in this class you will be."

Then he started distributing the small sheets and my fear grew and grew. I'll have to be in a class with at least one of them! Otherwise I would be VERY lucky. Fuck, fuck, fuck!
But that wasn't even the worst thing. While he handed them out he said "And the seating arrangements will also be drawn." I prayed to god please let me be lucky one time in my life!

When it was my turn, I pulled a note out of the bowl and looked at it. B. Okay, now let's just hope no one or just a few of Clay's crew will get that too.
"The other classes are doing the same thing right now too, so everyone who is not d (this classroom) can already pack their stuff", the teacher announced. So I did that, grabbed my stuff and stood up. When he told us to go to our new rooms for the week, I went to classroom b.

I slowly walked in and looked around. I didn't see anyone of Clay's group. I sighed, but then I realized not all of them were there yet. I chose a seat and sat down while my heart was racing like a crazy carousel. Then there they were. A group of masculine voices coming closer and closer. My pulls stopped when I looked at the door, trembling. That's when I saw 4 boys walking in. 3 of Clay's crew and...Clay himself.

I always was so happy that Clay at least wasn't in my class. That would've been my worst nightmare, and now it came true.
I sat there, staring at him with fear in my eyes as he talked with his friends and laughed. Then his glance wandered around the classroom till it met mine. I immediately looked down at my table and tried to ignore him. After a few seconds I heard them walking to seats on the other side of the room.

But those also were the only places that were still empty. I sighed and looked up, but then I caught Clay looking over to me with an expressionless face. I was startled and immediately looked down again. Then the teacher came in and explained us how everything will work this week and also a bit about the reason we did that.

When she had finished, she took a small box of notes out of her pocket and set it on the table.
"Now please write your name on the paper you will get and then put it back into the box", she explained while walking around and giving everyone a note. When I got one, I took out a pencil and wrote my name on it, just like she wanted. Then I stood up, walked to the front, threw it into the small carton and went back to my seat.

Everyone else did the same and when the last one was finished, the teacher took the box.
"Now I will draw a note for a seat, so the name I draw on a seat, the person will sit there, very easy", she explained.
Then she drew the first one and read out a name, then the next one. At each name she pointed at the appropriate seat. 4 names, 6 names, 9 names, and still I didn't get called. But 2 of Clay's friends have been getting called. Then finally she said my name and pointed at a seat approximately in the middle of the room.

I took my bag and walked over there to sit while my legs trembled and my heart was beating fast. When I looked to the front, one of Clay's crew was in the right front of me and the other one front left of me. Perfect (sarcastically).
I prayed for Clay's name not getting called next and luckily it didn't. Around 4 names got named until she said "Clay" and pointed at the seat DIRECTLY behind me.

I tried to calm down and breathed slowly and balanced. When the last one got called, everybody went to their assigned seat. Then the teacher went around, handing out the schedule for that week. God, so much organisation, just for one week to test something! So we started class and everything went fine, except that Clay's two friends who were sitting in front of me were staring at me naughty the whole time. I've never felt so uncomfortable before I think.

But then in the 3. lesson, the teacher wanted us to team up with the people on our right or left. I didn't know both of those persons. On my left was a boy who had already chosen his partner. On my right was a girl, she was relatively pretty and also looked like she would be nice, so I took my chair and sat over to her. But unexpectedly she looked at me very disgusted and asked in a toxic voice: "What the hell are you doing? Go away!"

That was extremely humiliating. I told her: "The guy on my right already chose his partner, so I guess we'll have to work together." I tried to sound as nicely as possible after I had figured out that she was a fucking bitch.
"Don't tell me what to do! I don't wanna work with you!", she griped before turning around and screaming over to the girl on her right "Micheeeeeelllll~, let's be partners!", while she was sitting maybe only half a meter away from her. Okay, so what now?

Everyone had a partner, except of me because of this stupid cow. I raised my hand and told the teacher I had no partner. When she started to look around, probably to find someone who's alone too, a girl with pink dyed hair at the end of the classroom put her arms in the air and silently screamed "me too!" over to me. Now, she looked really nice.
