Seven happily clapped as Fourteen sat up.
"Wh-what?.. How am I.. alive?"
"Fourteen! Lucky you! You survived it!"
"H-how?"
Thirteen shrugged.
"Double luckiness I guess.."
Fourteen breathed in the fresh air, remembering what he thought would be his final moments.
It was all over now.
He let out a sigh and fell back, snuggling into the soft blankets below him.
"Good, now I'm goin' back to sleep dudes.."
Seven looked to Thirteen, smirking, "I told you you wouldn't mess anything up."
"I only stayed because you won the dice roll..." The unlucky traced the carpet patterns on the floor with his foot.
"But you didn't do anything, see? You're not all of a jinx!"
"N'body's a jinx.. just gotta look past ourselves.."
It sounded too smart to be Fourteen, who was half-sleeping.
"Are you even awake?"
Fourteen, already tucked in tightly, waved an arm absentmindedly.
"I'm just sayin'. How's Eighteen?"
"Uh," Thirteen let out a deep breath, "He's.. not good. I say we should go get him. Let him know you're up."
"Yeah, yeah.. sure.. naps can wait.." The semi pro-skater shuffled out of bed, pulling his skateboard out from who knows where.
"C'mon bros, I'll race ya!"
"I'm sure I'll trip on the way there.."
"And? You know how many times I've fallen off of this old thing?"
As if on cue, his skateboard slipped out from under him.
"See? And I'm double lucky. Now I'm ready to go see my dude, it's been too long."
Thirteen smiled, "It was only three days."
"Still too long!"

Eighteen sat alone in his and Twelve's room, contemplating his existence.
"Heya Eighteen! It's been awhile bro!"
"What?" He looked behind him, seeing Fourteen standing there, one leg on his board.
Eighteen didn't believe it.
Tears seeping from his eyes, the super rectangle ran over and took him in a hug.
"Um.. I..never knew you were so.. touchy." Fourteen shifted uncomfortably.
"Shut your mouth, I almost lost you."
"Rather soft."
"Stop it." Eighteen squeezed him harder in warning.
"A brilliantly elegant approach."
Fourteen made a sudden contact with the floor, due to the magenta numberblock smacking him over with a pillow.
"I warned you!"
"Agh! Help me!" Fourteen laughed as he scrambled to get up, running directly into Twelve and hiding behind her.
"I chose you, Twelve!"
Eighteen simply picked her up, put her next to him, and hit Fourteen yet again with his plush weapon.
