AMELIA POV

December 20
"Do you think we should wait to do an ultrasound?" Owen asked me.
"I think we can go in the next few days, that would make us feel better, I'll call Arizona to see when she can see us!" I answered
"Why would you go to Auntie Ari's house without me you know I love going to her house!" Leo said
"Yes me too I love auntie Ari she makes cakes,yummy ! Liam said
"I'm not going to Ari's house to eat cake" I said
"We'll go see her in the hospital" Owen said
"mmmk" they answered

December 23
"Oh my gosh guys, congratulations I'm so happy for you" Arizona said and hugged us
"Thank you!" we said
"So the gel is going to be a little cold" Arizona said and started to do the ultrasound
"here is your baby and everything is perfect, you are already in your second month of pregnancy and..." she said and suddenly her facial expressions changed
"Arizona, what's wrong?" Owen asked.
"You're scaring me! You said this baby was perfect!" I said with tears in my eyes
"No no don't panic he or she is fine or rather they are fine!" she said.
"oh ok...WHAT!" Owen and I said
"Congratulations you're having identical twins!" Arizona said and we started to cry tears of happiness
"Your due date is in late July/early August! Do you want to hear their heartbeats?" she asked.
"Yes of course!" we answered and the noise filled the room and I was, we were so happy!

3 months of pregnancy
As I had done since the beginning of my pregnancy I woke up and ran to the bathroom to throw up and as always Owen was behind me holding my hair and rubbed my back.
"Thank you," I said after rinsing my mouth.
"You don't have to thank me," Owen said.
"Are we going to tell the boys today? I asked him, most of our friends already knew because they had followed our journey to have a baby and so they were the first to know.
"Yes!" Owen replied
"I hope they take it well and are happy!" I said
"Oh Leo will be very happy! But Liam I'm not sure!" he replied and we laughed
"Well, we're going to find out now! I'm going to wake them up and you go make breakfast" I said
"Of course since you can't cook! I'll make waffles they like that and we'll eat in front of a cartoon they'll take it better in front of the TV" He said
"You're really mean but you're right" I said and we each did what we had to do and after we had breakfast Owen gave me a look that said now is the time
"boys, Daddy and I have something to tell you ! In a little while you are going to have a little brother or sister" I said.
"More exactly, you are going to have two little brothers or sisters" Owen added
"Yes because I have two babies in my belly" I said and Leo was all happy
"Yes! I'm so happy, I hope it's two boys"Leo said
"Oh no at least one girl!" I said and he laughed
"Liam are you ok?" Owen asked him and he started to cry and ran to his room
"Don't worry I'll check on him" Owen said and joined Liam upstairs.

OWEN POV
I went upstairs and approached Liam's room and I could hear him crying so I went inside and when he saw me he got up from his bed and jumped into my arms
"Daddy!" he said crying
"Hey limo why are you crying?" I asked him
He tried to speak but he was crying too much for that
"hey calm down Take a deep breath" I said and stroked his back
"that's because if you and mommy have another baby you're going to forget me and not love me anymore" he said
"don't be so silly, just because mommy and I are having two more babies doesn't mean we'll stop caring for you or loving you and your brother...we'll always love you" I said
"Pinky promise?" he asked and held out his little finger to me
"Pinky promise" I replied and took his finger
"I love you daddy" he said and gave me a kiss on the cheek
"I love you too angel" I replied

AMELIA POV
6 months of pregnancy
"Hey wake up" Owen said and kissed me.
"Mhhh no we're not working today!" I answered and closed my eyes to go back to sleep
"It's already 11am and we have to go to Mer's for lunch and this afternoon we have an ultrasound with Arizona" he said but I didn't open my eyes
"If you don't get up, you won't know if you're going to get daughters or not" he said and I opened my eyes
"You always know what to say to get me out of bed! But you know I'm happy to have a baby so I don't care about the gender" I replied
"Mmm me too but like you I would like at least one girl...Seriously imagine a mini Amelia running around the house it would be cute!" He said and made me smile
A few hours later at Mer's house
"Okay so Alex and I have some news for you,We are having a baby!" Jo said and everyone congratulated them
"That's so great! They'll be able to play together," I said, mentioning our babies.
"Yes that's amazing , by the way, do you know the gender?" Jo asked.
"No, not yet! We'll find out this afternoon!" I replied and rubbed my belly.
"You better make me your pediatrician!" Alex said and I laughed
"Don't worry, you will be!" I replied and the rest of the meal went very well, the boys stayed at Meredith's while Owen and I went to the hospital.
