A/n: Im so so so sorry for not updating I wasn't feeling very well and needed a rest. I was also thinking of something for the rest of the story. I was busy making plots for my other story and I finally did.

"Kokushibou! If I fall...will you catch me?"
"Yes, you can jump now."
"Wah I'm too scared! I hate heights."
"You have to overcome your fear."
"Ah okay but only because you said so."
---
"Kokushibou, have you ever loved someone?" (Y/n) asked while looking up to see his face. I his 'human' form he looked handsome as well as in his demon form.
"I used to...have a wife and kid," he said breaking the eye contact.
"And what happened to them?"
"They died," he seemed to not care at all and was unaffected. Kokushibou abandoned his family for power, something he doesn't regret, he couldn't haved care less about them.
"Damn I really did make the mood down,"(Y/n) tried to get down from her sitting spot but remembered that she was in a tree branch, up high. Heights scared (Y/n), sounds weird for a demon slayer since they always jump and do dangerous missions that included heights.
With ease Kokushibou jumped from the branch and waiting for (Y/n) to do the same.
"Kokushibou! If I fall...will you catch me?" (Y/n) started to panic and grabbed on the branch tighter.
"Yes. You can jump now."
"Wah I'm too scared! I hate heights!"
Kokushibou's eyes widen as he realized that the events from his dream were playing again and this time it was real.
"Y-you have to overcome your fear," he couldn't believe it. Him shuttering?
"Ah okay but only because you say so."
Kokushibou was lost in his own mind, too busy to focus on what was happening.
Thump
"Ah that stings! I thought you said you would catch me," (Y/n), who landed with her left hand under her body questioned the demon who was staring at the night sky.
