“Welcome back, Mr. Kidnapper, I would like to ask you a few questions. May I?” she asked him huskily, raising her eyebrows.
'Oh god, look at her! Why is she hitting my weak point? She knows how to get her wish done. I wish she were my girlfriend now. She will be the death of me' he thought. His trance was broken when she shook him off.
“Ur hmm…… Yes… yo…u m..ay ask…...whatever question you want to ask….” he stammered but somehow managed to complete his sentence.
Sivaangi looked at him as he had grown two horns. She just gave him a short smile.
SK: Okay… Has anyone stayed here before?
AK: Nop. It's just me… and there are few servants as well.
SK: How do you know about my favorite food and especially the cosmetics? Do you even know that the costumes you have selected for me fit perfectly me? I'm just confused.
He took a few seconds to think and answer her. He doesn't want her to know that he was in her past.
AK: I think I guessed it. You look very simple and gorgeous with that minimal makeup. I've been following you for 3 years… and about your size, it's just obvious… I hope you understand.
He paused for a second and continued, “You are perfect and cute both inside and outside”.
Sivaangi's face turned to crimson red when she heard his compliment on her.
SK: Who are you? I mean, I would love to know you more… and Final question, Why did you kidnap me?
AK: I was brought up in an orphanage. I've always yearned for mother's love. At the age of 22, an angel entered my life. She gave everything I wanted and yearned for. She took the place of my mother. She is the definition of my happiness. Unfortunately, bad moments happened. I distanced myself from her. Hurmm… Then… I was a CEO of AK Group of Companies, which is temporarily closed. Three years back I was the most successful businessman in Country X which was replaced by Arjun now. Some incidents in my life completely turned my life upside-down. After that incident, I isolated myself from everyone. And no one knows where I am now…. For your last question, I think I've already given my answer. If you want a more perfect answer, you will get to know when the time arrives. That's all.
Sivaangi listened to him patiently. She took a few minutes to comprehend everything he said. She looked at his bloodshot eyes. She was able to feel the pain he had gone through.
She cupped his face with her tiny hands and caressed his beard. “Ashwin, look at me”. When his tears welled up eyes met hers, she continued, “I don't know what's between us. I trust you. I promise you that I will never leave you no matter what. That's all I can say for now. Please give me some time to think about what you've said in the morning”. She wiped his tears and pecked his forehead.
They were in their own world, looking at each other's eyes, and came back to sense when they heard the door knocking sound. Ashwin went to open it. . “Sir, the dinner is ready. Do you want me to bring it here?” the servant asked him. Ashwin nodded positively with a smile after the confirmation of his princess. He asked them to bring the food two hours later, as it was just 7 in the evening.
They took their time to freshen up and had some general conversations. Sivaangi told about her and the accident which left her with the traumatic brain injury. As soon as the food arrived, they relished it happily.
It was sharp 12, when Ashwin was about to step out from the room after wishing her good night. 'Ashwineyy' Sivaangi called him with a low voice. He stopped and turned questionly towards her. “I trust you. I don't really know why you kidnapped me, why are you keeping me here. But, somehow, I feel comfortable and safe when you are around me. This one day was enough for me to know your character. You are a gem. So, I want you to sleep beside me.”
He came near her, kissed her hairline and made her sleep. Within a few minutes, she fell into a deep slumber. He pulled her into his arms without disturbing her sleep. She snuggled more into him as she felt his warmth and kissed his chest. He hugged her tightly like his life depended on it.
Days passed by waking up and sleeping in each other's embrace. Their unnamed bond was growing stronger and turning into a magical one.
Arjun was planning silently to get Sivaangi back. On the other side, Rakshan and Saranya were suffering as they couldn't share and enjoy the happy news with Sivaangi. All of them were living in their own world without knowing what the future had in store for them.
