-Chapter 2
My eyes look around the area that I'm in, which is near Ikki's family's place.
"The target should be out exploring at this time for things needed for his family's spa," I say, muttering words to myself. I shouldn't be talking aloud, but here I am doing so anyways.
Okay, I need to do this properly. The moment I see Ikki, I need to act like a normal interactive human being. I have to emote and show that I am in slight pain from being knocked down onto the ground.
I am a bit tired from the long flight to get here, but I'm not too bad off from it. It could be worse. It isn't the time to focus on how I'm feeling at all. I have to focus on the mission because it is what truly matters.
My eyes move to a familiar person, who looks like my target, and I nod my head. It is time to make a move and get him to trust me. I hope this works so I can do my mission. I will gather intel on him and his Kamen Rider system for HIC.
I move forward and move into his path. He's not paying attention, so he'll probably not see me. I need him to run into me and accidentally knock me over. He'll think he did it because he didn't focus on what he's walking towards, but in reality I forced him to run into me.
I turn my head, my eyes going to some store as something bumps into me. I force out a gasp as my bottom hits the ground. Perfect.
"Oh no!"
I feel someone pull on me, helping me up off the ground, and I look up. My eyes land on a warm face and I gasp. He's the one I've been searching for my entire life, Ikki Igarashi.
He looks just like his picture in the file and what he did on video. He has a soft looking face, parted bangs, and a bad sense of fashion. He definitely doesn't try cat-fishing anyone online with his looks.
"I am so sorry!" Ikki exclaims. "Are you alright?"
I nod my head and smile. "Yes, I am fine. How are you though? I am the one who caused this accident. You shouldn't even be apologizing." I hope I am emoting well enough to seem like I'm not doing this intentionally or that I'm too odd.
He shakes his head. "No, I am the one who caused it. Are you a foreigner by chance? You don't look like you're from around here."
I nod my head again and smile a bit wider. "You noticed? You must think I'm crazy for being here right now. I'm so far away from my home, but this is the place I wish to be at. I have always wanted to travel the world and learn every language known to man."
"You're into adventures?"
I nod again. "Yes, you can say that."
"It is like you're on a mission to do so much in your life."
"Indeed." I am on a mission at this current time, so I consider an adventure similar to that. "So, what is your name? I'm Maya Oakley."
"I'm Ikki Igarashi. Oh, your shirt is a bit dirty. That is my fault completely! How about you come to my family's business and I'll get that fixed for you." Ikki wants me to come to the bathhouse? "We own a bath house and can wash that up for you. We clean towels all the time along with other things."
