              THE FALLEN PRINCE.....

       Twelve years ago in the palace. "Arthur...Are you excited to see your new brother?" "Yes and My new new mother right?" King Edric smiled and patted his son's head. "Yes your new mother..Take care of them as your own Arthur." "Sure thing father. Ever since mother died I've been lonely.." "Don't worry Rainier is a nice boy." "FATHER!!" Seven year old Rainier came running towards his father. Edric picked him up. "I- I am.." "Brother Arthur! I know father always talked about you..I've been waiting to meet you.." "Arthur hugged Rainier out of excitement, That's when he noticed a woman standing next to them. "You must be mother.." Arthur "Yes, Arthur.." She wasn't looking at him and this made Arthur worried. "Don't worry Brother..Mother can't see." Rainier took Arthur's hand and placed it on Regina's hand. Regina recognised his presence and hugged him right away, This made Arthur cry in happiness. Regina felt his Tears on her shoulders and wiped them with her fingers. "Come Rainier, I will introduce you to my friends." Arthur dragged Rainier with him.

         Two years later Rainier and Arthur met, In the woods with Ezra and Agnes.
"3.....2....1. I am coming to find you.." Ezra yelled at rest of them who were hiding. "Caught you! You are always easy to find Rainier." Ezra giggled and patted his head. "It's not fair.." Nine year old Rainier pouted at Ezra. "Fine..fine just hide somewhere hard I will recount just for you." Ezra went to recount. "Rainier! Come hide with me.." Arthur yelled from his hiding spot. "No..Brother I know where to hide.." "Okay...Hide where ever you want but don't climb over huge rocks, You understand?" Arthur warned Rainier. But Rainier was naughty as always he started climbing the rocks. "BROTHER!!" All turned towards Rainier and saw him falling from a huge rock. "No.. Rainier noo.." Arthur ran towards him to check he was okay. "Ah..NO you sprained your knees Rainier." Arthur picked up Rainier on his back. "Agnes take Ezra home." Said Arthur and started running. "I am sorry Brother, I should have listened to you.." Said Rainier sobbing. "What are you sorry for? I would have taken good care of you..Hang on Rainier, I will get you home safe."

        "Brother.....Arthur..?" "Look at this man saying the person's name who stabbed his back in the sleep." Said Veronica cleaning his wounds sitting next to him. "If Kai wouldn't have come, we would be identified and devoured to the dogs by now" "This no big deal Brother Adam, Anyone who knows you should have helped you." Kai replied still cleaning Adam's wound. "So this is your house?" Veronica asked looking around. "Yes and I live here alone." "Is it hard?" Adam asked. "No it's not.." "You can come and live with us.." "Really?" Kai seemed confused in Adam's statement. "Yes really.." "But live here in this house for some days I'll bring Queen Florence here soon, It's not safe outside." Kai's response was reasonable even though they didn't see their faces that doesn't mean they are going to stop looking for them.

        "Missed me..?" Rainier woke up with his usual smile. "No actually it was quite peaceful here.." "Well that hurts.." Pouted Rainier placing his hand on his chest "She is lying........She nearly had a panic attack and almost passed out seeing your blood." Veronica gave Adam a death glare. Adam realised his life was in grave danger and gave her an awkward smile. "Well that felt nice.." Rainier removed his hand from his chest and cupped his face, "Don't look at me with that green cat eyes of yours?" "Why..?" Rainier asked widening his eyes more. "Because I might fall for yo- I might fall unconscious in your ugliness. Now, Take rest Ced." Veronica left the room her ears turned all red because of embarrassment. As soon as she left the boys started laughing hysterically.

       A parrot came flying and sat on the window. Adam came close to it and saw a note tied to it's feet. "It's Ezra's Parrot." Rainier recognised the bird at the very first sight. "You know Ezra?" Adam asked all confused. "Of course Why wouldn't I know my future sister in law." This made Adam froze for a moment. "No- I don't want it like that." "Me neither.." "Why?" "Cause...never mind how do you know Ezra?" Asked Rainier avoiding Adam's question. "SHE IS THE GIRL I MET THAT NIGHT." Adam started panicking. "WHAT?" Rainier was still processing all this in his head. "What's in the note?" Asked Kai interrupting both of them. "Ah right."
Adam opened note, "WHEN THE SUN MEETS OCEAN, MEET ME WHERE THE SUN FADES LAST. ADAM.." "Huh? What?" Rainier was the most clueless one, "She asked me to meet somewhere in the evening." "Where?" Adam shrugged to Rainier. "At the hilltop church..That's where the sun fades last.." Kai replied giving them both a pitiful look. "Can I come with you? It's been a while since I've seen the face of my best friend." "No- No you can't she only called me." "Fine.. She's engaged you know.." Adam and Rainier stared blankly at each other for sometime then Adam ran out of the room.

        "Where is he going?" Veronica entered the room with some food. "I think he is going to meet his- his? Someone?" Rainier's mind was in a loop of questions. He cleared his mind and looked at Veronica. RAINIER'S POV, " JUNE..,IF I
REACH UP TO YOU WILL YOU HOLD MY HAND..?" VERONICA'S POV, "DON'T DO THIS TO ME CED, I KNOW I CAN'T WISH FOR A PRINCE
LIKE YOU BUT...I DON'T THINK I CAN LEAVE YOU.."  Kai cleared his thought so that they both can return to their senses instead of staring at each other. "Hungry?" Veronica asked. "Yes kind of..but I cant move my hands.." Rainier lied on purpose. "Kai..Can you feed-" Veronica turned around to see Kai already escaped the scene. "So it's just you and me huh?" Rainier couldn't hide his grin. "Just shut your mouth and eat if you speak, I leave." Veronica started to feed him with spoon. Her ears were red again. "Proud brother huh?" Kai asked Adam. They both were peeking through the window. "What is going to happen to them.." Adam sighed.

        Ezra landed on the floor from Minister's slap. "What were you thinking?" He slapped her again. "Those bastards escaped from us." He grabbed her wounded hand and tightened his grip on it. "I'm sure Arthur don't know about your frequent visits here Minister and how dare you lay your hands on me?" Ezra got back on her feet and slapped him back. "You ungrateful fool." "Don't say another word, You changed Arthur. He is not himself any more." "What do you mean I changed him." "Don't pretend you don't know Minister Walter.. At least not in front of me. You killed your own sister, Arthur's Mother right in front of my eyes." "Lower your voice." "Let me finish..You forced the king to get me engaged to Arthur. Did you kill Rainier too?" Walter chocked Ezra's neck, "Yes I did..If I kill both the brother's and the blind lady the only one left will be you and A pastor's daughter can never rule a kingdom, Who comes next huh? Me..Don't worry you can live as my maid." He leaved her neck and she collapsed on the ground. He knelt to the ground, "Arthur is just a puppet for me..He will never go back to his senses." He got up and left. He locked all her doors and windows from outside so that she can't go out.

        "I want to buy something for her.." "For who?" "Her.. You know.." "AhEzra?" Adam and Kai were walking through the crowded market. "What about roses?" Kai opined. "Roses? Oh never.. It reminds me of some other two." They both giggled. "No- focus Adam you can do it." Adam murmured to himself. He bought some medicines and a cheese cake. "No one else me knows you have met her years ago right?" Kai queried, "How did you know?" "You still don't recognise me do you?" Kai asked patting on Adam's shoulder, Adam stared at him thinking hard.

         "All done." Veronica wiped Rainier's mouth using a cloth. "Thank you..June.." Rainier stretched his hands up, She didn't have any any reaction to. Rainier stared at her surprised. "Don't give me that look now..I knew you had no problem with your hand. I just couldn't refuse those cat eyes of yours." She just left him shook just like that. He sat there with the expression of a kid who saw rainbow for first time. "Eyy..I'm probably still dreaming.." "Well sorry to make you sad but this is not a dream Ced."Veronica yelled from outside. "Sad..? If I was not injured, I would have jumped around." Rainier murmured to himself.

        "It's been a while why isn't she here yet?"  Adam whispered to himself sittingon a church bench. ADAM'S POV, "WILL SHE BE IN DANGER? SHE WAS
BLEEDING LAST NIGHT. ARE THEY HURTING HER?" Adam closed his
eyes and sighed. It started to get cold and dark, The moon and stars lit the sky. Adam was worried and confused.

     EZRA'S POV, "ADAM IS GOING TO HATE ME FOR THIS..." She let out a huge sigh of disappointment. Suddenly a hand appeared on her window bars as someone was climbing it. First came a huge box then Adam. "I knew it they locked it from outside." "He broke the lock and asked her to open the window. "What are you looking at give me your hand." Said Adam and Ezra gave him her hand in realisation that she was just staring at him all along.
              "ADAM YOU CAME...."
