A/N. Um I actually got so extremely sloppy w this chapter. Read at your own risk😭
Still so silly this was based off a dream I had.
Also had hella people asking about nanika and her abilities. Let me tweak it and make it harder than it has to be okay. (Also most cringe part of this chapter)

"I too have one regret... It's that I never got to save you" I said calmly as I put my hand on killua's cheek,and got tears streaming down my face.
Killua's body was cold so..so cold...

The door opend and there stood everyone Gon.. Leorio..Kurapika..Alluka..

Gon's eye's widened and he imminently started to tear up "is he" Gon asked. The look he had broke me.. I quivered my lip and looked at Gon and more tears ran down my face. Gon took a couple small steps towards Killua "no...no...NO!" Gon yelled running up to Killua with full disbelief that he was actually gone. Alluka then stepped in... Her face I couldn't bear looking at her she was shattered. "I-is big brother really gone" she asked sniffling and holding back her tears. I collapse to the ground and open my arm's "I'm sorry Alluka he's gone" I cried. Alluka's eyes widened and she ran into my arm's crying. "No! Big brother Can't Be dead! I won't Believe It, He can't be gone! I need him!!" Alluka yelled while she cried into my shoulder.

Leorio and Kurapika stood in shock with tears welling up in their eyes. I picked Alluka up and told Kurapika to take her. I walked back to where Gon was and Gon screamed "wake up! Killua come back!!" He screamed. Now it was my turn
"I shouldn't have gone to the damn store! I should have stayed home! Then non of this would have happend! How could I ignore the signs? why? why did you do it! Why didn't you talk to me! You even said yourself in the letter I always stuck by you're side! So why didn't you tell me! I would have helped you and you know it! I wouldn't have gave a damn if you felt like I didn't care! Because talking about your  thoughts is better than losing my best friend!" i screamed out slamming my fist on his chest.

Killua's pov

I saw everything going on from afar. Everything had a blue-ish tint. I saw gon and y/n scream and cry. And Alluka... Did I really hurt them that bad? Y/n would have listened... Gon would have listened.. All of them would have listened! God why was I do selfish!
I walk over to them and I see their faces they were in pain because of me.. 
deep down I always kinda thought they would be upset. But as temporary thing, not like this though. This felt horrible, I guess it was all just a fantasy. Seeing the reality of all this is making me regret it all.
I then heard y/n speak so I look in their direction they were sitting in a chair with Alluka in their lap.
"I would have helped you and we could have fulfilled the regret you had and we could have gotten married like you wanted.  And you could have seen Alluka graduate even threaten her first boyfriend. You could have gone on more crazy adventures with Gon. Harassed Leorio in his office and tell him how embarrassing it is to have a picture of all of us on his desk! You could help kurapika with his goals or even make smartass remarks! That picture on leorio's desk is a memory. All fun memories that we been through and we could have made more but you had to end it to soon for that to happen! All the memories of you we can't take back! all the fun times we had is gone now our future with you is gone now!" They paused for a second "I'm going to change that" Y/n stood up.

Everyone in the room questioned "how can you bring him back,you can't bring him back!" Gon yelled frustrated
"yes I can" y/n said harshly "how!" Gon yelled at y/n. "I'll use nanika to grant my wish and pay the price. Kil was the only one who didn't have to pay the price. And he's gone now" y/n said.
My eyes widened. "No she can't she'll die that is to big of a wish! No one else has done what I do bc they can never pull it off!"

"What!" Leorio said "you cant do that you'll die" kurapika added
"Y/n no!" Gon yelled "y/n.." Alluka said quietly.
" what do you expect me to do! We can use nanika to bring him back! We can have a future with him! " I yelled "and what about you!" Gon yelled "don't worry about it because when Killua is back he can use Nanika again,to his advantage one last time. Then Nanika won't be used again." Y/n said

(I'm switching up how nanika works so just go with it)

"Nanika come out" Y/n said,Alluka closed her eyes and Nanika came out "kay" Nanika said. "Nanika I wish for killua to come back" but first Nanika asks for her requests.
"Hey Y/n give me you're finger" she reached out to Y/n. They then grabbed their knife, gasping for air and closing her eyes tight. Before lifting their knife up and swatting down.
"Y/n give me you're liver" Nanika requests. Y/n's eyes widen, "shit" they mutter.

Y/n's Pov

"Y-you're seriously not considering this right? Do you know how far you are going with this" Leorio stutters out. "Yes, I want you to do it Leorio. Because you won't shut up, you are a med student and also because I'm in far too much pain" I timidly looked at him, waiting for a response.
"Fine"
Kurapika ran to go steal what Leorio needed, Gone kept watch of the door. While Kurapika was out, Leorio tamed the bleeding in my hand. Not too long after Kurapika came back. Gon closed the door and locked it. Leorio began to set up. Next thing I know I see pure black. But eventually was able to see everyone, I was having out of body experience. A bluish tint in my view, I see everyone even me. 
Leorio gave Nanika my liver. As napkins gives the next command, I begin to look around. I was on the floor by Killua's bed, I see Killua in the bed and..Killua?
"Y/n give me you're kidney" her voice echoed  and the stare between Killua and I was tense. Leorio eventually gave her my kidney. "Why..." was all I can get out, just hardly above a whisper. "I regret it all" he mutters out.

Killua's pov

I stood there and watched Y/n. I was so embarrassed, also so pained to see what she did to bring me back. Of course she knew what she was doing but it was still beyond reckless.
I see Nanika stand and walk towards my body.   She placed her hands above mine and a beam of light expels from he hands. I can feel it. I look at my hand and it started to fade. I look up to see Y/n again.
"I'll bring you back, I'll he better I swear!" I yell out. Although she was just a few feet away it felt like further, my voice echoed heavily.
"I believe you" they lightly smiled.
As leorio helped Y/n stop bleeding everywhere.
About a few minutes later I felt myself go I couldn't see Y/n anymore.
I was back in my body and I was alive again. "She did it!" My friends cheer, I was happy to see them as well but I wasted no time.  "Nanika save Y/n now!"
"kay" Nanika said happily and started to heal Y/n .

Roughly 15 minutes later Y/n was up. Y/n slowly sat up and looked around. They took a second bro get up. "Take it easy" Leorio said N/n walked over to me and slapped me. The room fell silent untill they spoke up "you idiot! I lost you! and I could have for good! don't ever do that again just talk to me!" Y/n cried. "I will" I calmly said while hugging them. "Big brother!" Alluka yelled running up to me she had tears strolling down her face. Next came Gon "common man don't do that again" Gon cried giving me a hug. Then came Leorio and Kurapika. "Youre not alone.." Everyone said in sync.
