Hayley's POV:
I'll never get sick of surprising people. Being on the receiving end though? Not the biggest fan. Especially when someone tells me that they're surprising me? Immense anxiety is caused. You'd think that, as my brother, Quinn would know this about me. Maybe he does and he just finds it funny, I don't know. But what makes this surprise more nerve wracking is that Emma is in on it.
The latter is currently helping me curl my hair whilst I finish off my makeup. It's just me and Em inside Harry and I's room. The guests are soon to be arriving. Quinn and my boys are downstairs helping the caterers — everyone except Harry. He isn't here right now because he took Anne, Gemma and two of his cousins out on the vineyard. Well, he could be back but I wouldn't know because someone, also known as Emma, banned us from seeing each other.
I'm starting to get stressed out even though today is supposed to be a day of celebration. There's not a lot of people invited this evening, just everyone that Harry and I would have invited to our wedding, had we had one. We've been planning this make-up party for all our friends and family for the majority of the month ever since we eloped. Invitations were only sent out the day after we were on the Late Late show — after Harry's slip-up on live tv — so it was shocking when we actually received as many RSVPs as we did.
